Lovely staff, very good location for touring the area, I was on foot and was ok distance to walk to town and the Helix park for the Kelpies. Also walked to the Falkirk wheel from there, however that was a bit of a hike. Would be great base for those who enjoy walking or like to cycle or don't mind using car.

Although generally clean the carpet did look a little worn. However that's to be expected if people are using for base to hike. Nice little kitchen but a kettle in room would be nice, even if you had to pay a deposit.

No breakfast but the availability of the kitchen utensils make it easy for preparing meal anytime, the location is very quiet but too far from stores. To do a card top up on the phone was so difficult for new immigrants

There should be a small store closer to the hotel for easy accessibility for buy goods.

On checking in the reception staff couldn't do enough for you, our room was on suite, which made it a lot easier, as I'm disabled

No breakfast, although there were tea and coffee making families in the room. In reception there was also a multi drinks machine, one for soft and cd drinks and one for light snacks, maybe a microwave would be an advantage for heating food

It was ok for the price. we didn't realise how far away from other places we were. . we spent a lot of time tra veling to see other places but that was our mistake not checking distance.... room was basic but clean

There could av been. soother lighting as light was to bright. blind was torn. . Pillows were very thin but as I've said was clean

The staff were absolutely fabulous! Just stayed one night with my partner for a family members wedding, and was everything we needed to be honest. (Ran out of coffee amd milk and had no issues with getting plenty more) Over all it was absolutely fantastic!

Comfy bed, clean sheets and towels, a small tv and a window that you could open fully which was great, also a sink and big mirror in the room which was good, shared toilet facilities were clean, you get what you pay for. Staff also very helpful and friendly

Went into one toilet which had no toilet roll, button for shower was annoying as you have to push it every 10 seconds, also slightly run down and room quite small but still very good value for money

Very quiet environment, good place to stay if you want to shutdown for a few hours and get ready for a busy day ahead. Good free parking space

Great place to stay rooms are basic but have everything you need in them. Having access to a full large kitchen was a real bonus and we made breakfast and our pack up so that saved us a bit of cash to ( you could cook every meal) The staff are very friendly. We will definitely be stay again.

Nothing it was great

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean, all vending machines working and fully loaded.

Facilities were clean but tired and call for an upgrade.
