The location was great for us to get to the venue we was going to We had a problem with the heating in the bedroom but Aniket Manager on reception was very good and moved us and sorted out the heating The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning had everything you needed and if not you just had to ask for it and the staff in the restaurant was great too. The staff could not do enough for us and always pleasant and smiling Would go back again.

There was nothing not to like . And if you did the staff would accommodate you

The location was good, very convenient and good for the price. It was right next to a golf course so had nice views from the room window. Breakfast was amazing and good value.

We stayed during a renovation so most of the walls had wet paint, especially where our room was. It made it a bit nerve racking walking through as we were there for a wedding so having to walk in a suit/dress around wet paint wasn’t the best. Tv didn’t work as they didn’t have the correct remote so we were moved to a different room. Where the tv didn’t work there either, went to reception to find they only had dead batteries. Everything else was great.

Such an excellent hotel. Staff are great rooms very comfy and breakfast great. Like the rebranding that was going on with all new bedding and other ancillary items in the rooms. Our room was changed to all new bedding duvet sheets pillows mattress topper etc while we were out. Very nice indeed. Never seen such a huge bed either it was gigantic.

Nothing really other than personally choice these didnt detract from the hotel being excellent. We would have preferred brighter lighting in the bedroom or maybe an extra light perhaps to brighten the room a little the bathroom could maybe do with white lights rather than yellow to make it brighter

The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, shower was powerful and I appreciated the White Company shower gel, soap, etc., there was a hairdryer, bath robes, ironing board and iron, the bed was comfortable, the pillows less so, felt like pieces of foam, but, didn’t stop us sleeping well. Air conditioning was also a bonus. All of the staff that we met were incredibly friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could be, The staff of this Hotel are outstanding.

The lift wasn’t working, so 3 floors with luggage not ideal, but the Receptionist did apologise for this on our arrival. It’s obvious the Hotel is undergoing refurbishment, I’m sure it’s going to look great when finished.

The breakfast was good but not exceptional. There were various choices of cereals and different milks. Lots of different teas available and cooked breakfast choices. Scrambled egg not very appetising but mushrooms nice. Also toast, croissants,yoghurt etc Buffet style Staff were all really helpful and friendly, really good atmosphere. Great showers Good location to get to All very clean and in good condition Reception well-manned.

The only fresh fruit at most breakfasts were hard pears and apples. It said restaurant food would be available from 12 noon but each day it was only available from 6pm I found my bed a little too hard

A comfortable, well positioned hotel with all the required amenities. The breakfast was delicious. The main reason for my high recommendation is that from the moment we arrived until we left we were surrounded by helpful, friendly and smiling staff. They are a credit to the hotel and I hope that the management realise what assets they are to the organisation. Thank you.

The crisps in the snack bars need rotating to prevent going out of date.

Very comfy room. Very big bed.

Only one bath towel between two of us. Another was provided by reception but only one left again after the next morning's visit by staff. No "do not disturb sign" available. No means to lock room via chain or similar so room service entered when we were asleep!

Very easy to find just a mile off the M6. Easy parking. Quirky decor in the foyer, like an 80's nightclub. Charming staff. The gym was small...but with high quality, heavy weights machines. The room was clean and had a huge double bed......2 x 3.5ft. The Hotel is well placed to view the village of Ribchester (10mins) and the Roman remains.

No food was available as the Chef was absent. I don't know why a Chef is required to prepare a Continental Breakfast?....I assume they took the keys with them. As we paid for breakfast this was not great. Refund awaited.(day 8) The room had no 'view',as such, and backed onto wooded wasteland. A shame because a bit of tidying would make the outlook pleasant.

Good location for a stop over near the M6 Fabulous restaurant area with a good buffet breakfast

This property has just been taken over by another group and in the process of training staff and refurbishing the rooms and corridors. So a number of tradesmen painting cleaning and refitting signage. So with the improvements will be an excellent hotel. Only fault was that the standard double room is rather compact should really only be a single. The lifts were not operating

Quiet, Fairly Good Parking, Fairly Clean.

Spoon In The Room Wasn’t Cleaned Properly, Needed Plug Sockets Next To Bedside Tables Preferably.
