Very nice place. Clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. Good location for the city centre and train station. Very quick communication, and easy self check in.

As with all hotels, could do with more light, specifically by the mirrors. Best light was in the bathroom but the mirror is above the basin without a shelf so nowhere to put cosmetics. Lovely overhead rainfall shower, but small corner cubicle so no place to escape the water and actually wash hair and body without it being rinsed away immediately. Neither are big issues though, so no real complaints.

Really comfortable beds, very clean and modern rooms, left us plenty of food and drink for our arrival, not overpriced at all especially when Holiday Inn was extortionate!

Nothing to do with the property itself in the slightest, just due to the student area - one morning at about 6:30-7 we were woken up by a homeless lady banging on the door claiming that we had her friend inside. I had let the property know about this and they were very helpful

We stayed in the Mulberry Room - we were very impressed with the care,and attention given to us by Oves, who greeted us on arrival. He had put the heating on for us, left us a welcome pack with snacks and breakfast cereals.There. was tea, coffee, bottles of water and milk in the fridge.The decor was very tasteful, the whole apartment so comfortable. Lovely view of Winckley Square and a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Avenham Park.Only a short walk to the Railway Station and the centre of Preston.

it was not any fault of the property owner but on our last night staying there the unit beneath us was being used for a very loud party. doors slamming and marijuana being smoked and wafting through the doors up into our unit. the owner of the property was very responsive and shut the party down as soon as I told him what was going on. other than that issue it was great.

What gorgeous accomodation. Everything one needs for a stay. Tea, Coffee, sugar, milk, cereal. There were even a couple of packets of crisps. Our room looked over the park, which was lovely. I was feeling poorly on the morning of checkout and they kindly allowed us a 12 o’clock checkout and knocked to see if we needed anything. Much appreciated! We will return if we are back in Preston

Excellent location, and, though the Magnolia Suite room is of modest size, it had everything we needed, and it was obvious the owner wanted us to have a comfortable stay, as there were nice extras, including a small hamper. Very welcoming, and very welcome, this was. The room was very clean, and well-organised; the bathroom likewise. The extra pillows we requested were there, and good communication with/from owner. Easy access. All problem-free.

Maybe a hook or two in the bathroom would be helpful, as would a small shelf above sink for toiletries; but these are mere details. Honestly nothing negative to say about this excellent property.

Was a bit noisy with people coming and going late at night but that was not the fault of the property. Does get quite hot in the rooms and with it being ground floor apartment the windows were directly onto the street so didn’t want to open them. Had to cool down with a cold wet towel. Could do with a fan perhaps.

The room is clean. Housekeeping of weekday done three times a week. Host are very friendly and quick response.

There is nothing in particular that is not good about this facility. There are no washing and drying machines, so it is necessary to use coin-operated laundries.

The hoast went above and beyond arranging the room to look romantic for my partner and only had 12 hours notice and it looked amazing!! The apartment felt comfortable and you knew everything was the nicest and best money could buy, the bath was a good size to relax in and the TV in the bedroom was also a good size if like to relax in bed watching TV. Was really peaceful and over looking qiute a nice park but also walking distance from the town centre I believe was 10 minutes walk and about the same driving with the one way system so definitely recommend walking if pleasant outside.

Wasn't much Maybe parking but I parked and got a ticket which was only £25 so suppose since I Parked from Friday to Sunday its not that expensive so just park and pay a 25 ticket ha.

Perfectly located 5 mins walk away from the main town centre - restaurants/bars and shops. Check in was very easy and lovely set up including kitchen area and a table to eat dinner. Bed was very comfy! Bathroom immaculate - nice touch with amenities and tea/coffee/breakfast all provided.

No parking provided, but the car park is only a short walk away and £10 for the night, so wasn't too bad!
