We came here 6 years ago for a wedding and decided to visit for a couple days relax away from the world, so we knew we was getting value for money We loved access to the pool..... I had 2 beauty treatments they were amazing hats of to chloe who looked after me throughout my time their Check in and check out was super quick and efficient Their are 2 bars we could use, we had food in the upstairs bar, hats off to Drew ( I think that's his name) and rest of the bar staff in the terrace bar Cannot fault the other all experience

On the 1st night the fire alarm went off at 3.15am and we weren't told if it was a false alarm or not, so everyone went back to bed... my partner did walk down to find out and it was a circuit proper in a non used room More communication would be better

Staff were all very helpful and always smiling. Front desk really helped get us 2 rooms together and with a double bed even though my booking stated twin beds (not what I thought ordered). Restaurant was a very pleasant experience in the evening with food tasty and of good portion, and again the staff were attentive. Played golf and again the staff couldn't help us more in getting a great deal. Wife and daughter able to get a buggy for an extra £5 on the fees - a bargain. Plus the course was interesting and enjoyable (average condition but very playable).

Not much. I thought the golf bar food and drink a little expensive

overall the stay was superb. all rooms were together ( even booked the same for next year) And we are coming back in June ( more dog related stuff). Rooms were spacious, important when you have dogs. Staff were polite and professional. The restaurant did extremely well to accommodate 13 of us for dinner- very impressive! A good place to get the dogs out for a walk, nice grassy areas.

A few of my party had fish and chips with mushy peas- we had to send these back as they were hard and barely warm. Almost as if they had been sitting under the server lamp and dried out. Staff did replace them but to be honest was still the same.

I went as I was competing at Crufts so spent 2 nights. We were made so welcome, food was excellent, staff really helpful and kind. People were on hand very early as everybody was leaving for the big day and looked after the team well for a celebratory supper with all the dogs under the table at the end. The day after we had a lovely early walk then sat down to full English and the staff held the dog so I could get stuck in to the breakfast buffet. We sat quietly looking over the beautiful view.

I had pre booked, & highlighted on phone and at reception on arrival, a surprise table booking for 11 in your restaurant, a balloon & champagne in room, all of the above surprises were spoken of loudly at reception for my partner to hear & then arriving at restaurant table , the balloon was still with staff not on table. So I guess I was understanding but quite upset after taking the time to make sure everything was communicated, the staff were very apologetic.

The food at the restaurant, coq ao vin was just chicken with gravy, the mash potatoes were straight from the pack the only ok thing on that plate was the broccoli. My partner had shredded wagu with linguini that was seasoned with just a tin of tomatoes, it was sweet and if it wasn't for the bits of cheese it would be just a "tomatada with pasta". Overpriced restaurant for no special food...

we had breakfast & dinner, very accommodating and room clean and comfy and plenty of room. Easy access for walking the dogs, not so good if you are on the first floor as you then have to walk your dogs upstairs.

Not sure there was anything I 'didn't like' as the hotel meet my requirements. Food was very nice and the staff helpful and polite while keeping a professional manner. ( did say there was nothing I didn't like)!

Comfortable one night stay, the service and food at dinner was particularly good. We used the swimming pool, steam room and sauna which added to a relaxing stay. Comfortable large bed in our Executive double room. Front desk staff were friendly.

Breakfast service was a little disappointing. Admittedly we were there towards the end of the session but it was frustrating finding both the coffee and the milk empty and having to wait for these basic items. I was also surprised that there was only one chair in our room ( Beoley) meaning one of us was forced to use the bed.

Although we were 15 mins early for checking in we had to wait until 3pm which is fair enough but then we were told our room still wasn't ready at 3.20pm. We were given free hot drinks in the bar while we waited which was kind. I had booked a family room with a large double and two singles but in the room we only had a large double and a sofa bed. The housekeeping team were kind enough to provide a fold up bed for my granddaughter so all was well. The room itself was spacious, clean and really nice.

Pool was on small side but staff friendly

My room was larger than I expected. Soooo much space. My bed was very comfortable, with a choice of soft and hard pillows. For the first time in a week of travelling I enjoyed a restful nights sleep. The shower was strong, hot and refreshing. All staff were kind, helpful and attentive. I was also surprised at how good the food was too. Highly recommend
