Breakfast included, good period of time for breakfast. Hotel clean and staff friendly.

Breakfast tables not cleared and cleaned often enough, tables were often dirty from previous customers and not wiped down.

The room was spacious and enough amenities for a family. You can ask for top up of toiletries as we didn’t bring any. The reception staff are fantastic. Plenty of parking available even though we came at night on a weekday. The breakfast crew could have been a bit nicer. I could see the lady was stressed and was losing her cool.

The toilet needs better curtains In disabled bathroom. It was too short and you had to choose while taking shower what you wanted saving- toilet seat or front basin. It was bit stuffy and there was mould on the grouting in shower places and toilet seat bottom. This could improve with thorough cleaning and better ventilation.

The property was conveniently located to break a long journey. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and efficient. A good breakfast was served. I would like to commend Sharon who pleasantly greeted us on arrival at Reception and worked very efficiently dealing with arriving and departing guests, answering phone calls, tending to the vending machine and then at breakfast was lending a helping hand to the busy serving staff. She introduced me to IHG membership which I happily considered and joined. Thank you.

The location and breakfast. Convenient for Redditch town centre. Suitable check in/out and breakfast times Comfy bed. Helpful staff..

Noisy air conditioning fan, or we thought that was what it was. No controls visible. No fried bread or mushrooms. Toaster set so needed to cook bread twice. Didn"t like the marmalade dispensers which seemed to remove all the peel. Hanging light near bed seemed not to be working.

What you would expect from an HIE, reliable predictable. Clean, comfortable at a good price in a really good location, just 2 minute walk to the train station.

Was unable to order dinner, I was told that there was a coach party of 20 due and the kitchen would not be taking orders until the party had been served. I have an 04:30 start that morning and was catching the 06:01 train in the morning so I went without dinner. Not a happy chappy!

The rooms were clean, beds are comfortable

There was a very loud company, they screamed outside the hotel, they were running up and down the hallway screaming and singing, grownups. Until i opened a door and gave the guy a stare, of course i got a little bit scared. You never know what the drunk people might do. I did not have a good sleep, but a least they stopped yelling. The other thing, the hotel advertises continental breakfast, but there is no such thing. They tell the give out bags with breakfast, but they never gave me any, and actually I forgot to ask. They have Lidl and home bargains right underneath.

Room for excellent and it met are expectations and more. I lovely the shower unit and the way the door closed over the toilet brillant idea!

The breakfast food was okay but staff were not clearing up the left plates on table and so we had to do it ourselves before we could eat out breakfast. This just spoiled all the good work the hotel had done previously. I suppose that the breakfast area was not ready for the influx of guest? I hope that this was a one off incident and they have got it sorted and more organised at breakfast time.

Very good value for money. We visited the hotel for my son's biathlon event and great location for the leisure centre. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and a quick friendly check in.

Breakfast time was a little chaotic but this was due to the Biathlon Championships and Crofts taking place so I think may have caught staff by surprise and it took a while to find a seat and had to wait for certain food. However, you could see staff work very hard to try to keep on top of it all. It didn't put me off staying again.

.Bedroom & it’s facilities were very good

The only poor thing about our visit was the dinning experiences. the dinning room was dirty and in need of refurbishment. All glasses at the bar were dirty in some way, Breakfast was a complete disaster. Shortages of what was on the menu did not help. To mention a couple of things No Yogurt & 1 apple does not add up to fresh fruit.

Convenient location for station and rooms are always clean and spacious

The bar area was in a poor state. A couch was ripped and the others did not look clean. The hotel was very quiet but the breakfast area was not kept well stocked. No milk in the coffee machine at 9am and fresh orange juice was very watery. Our last morning all the jam containers were empty at 8:45. Not our usual experience and we use this hotel every year when visiting a friend
