The room and bedding was very comfortable. Nice quiet room, pretty good Wi-Fi coverage etc. The grounds are stunning and there are lovely walks close to the hotel that you can take with good views of the city, also close to the golf course.

There was no food available, or breakfast, the restaurant didn't appear open or operational, certainly for breakfast. There were some cob webs and spiders in my room and bathroom, not necessarily a big deal.

Booked this hotel to attend surgery at the Orthopaedic hospital instead of having to travel from from home address at 5.30. So handy situated in a country park with some beautiful walks and also handy for golfers having a small golf course available. Together with a cafe with a good menu

The actual building needs a little refurbishment done but overall everything you need was there

Good value simple stay, very efficient check in, lovely room and set in wonderful grounds with easy access for trail running in the evening.

Small point, but the showerhead could really do with some cleaning :-)

The property sits In beautiful grounds and the rooms are clean and tidy. Didn’t engage staff except for booking in, seemed all other functions were closed so had to travel out for food and drink. It didn’t bother me so much but might those who just want to sit in.

Great hotel for board only,knew this in advance.was very good value for money,excellent welcome,free parking. Of course a bar and food option would be good,but do understand it may not be feasible Overall a good choice,with nearby amenities 👍🏽

great location - plenty of pubs, eateries and shops close by - and helpful staff made it a very relaxing stay.

Nothing - except when checking in online why have the crazy US system of dates - month, date year?

Location was superb although it’s more Bromsgrove than Birmingham but convenient for travel into Birmingham. Would recommend the room was amazing

An area on-site to eat meals, you can bring your own food but would be nice if there was a room you could eat in rather than the room.

Welcoming, friendly and very helpful staff. Ample free parking. Comfortable clean and well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Storage space ample for single room. Perfect for my purposes breaking a long journey.

Nearby road was a little noisy early in the morning (but I am a light sleeper and am used to living in quiet location).

Everything was fantastic, our room,staff,location ,they don't offer breakfast through booking but as we also had our wedding her the day before our extended stay we got to enjoy a very nice breakfast with our friends and family ,manager Andrew, Jo, Nikki to name just a few went above and beyond for us both during our wedding and our extra stay ,will definitely recommend.

Phone reception/WiFi struggles due to the hilly/tree lined location but we wasn't there to go on our phones anyway
