The breakfast was excellent- the choice was extensive and the quality of food and how it was cooked was excellent. The staff were outstanding- so friendly, helpful and just amazing. You couldn’t say one person exceeded their colleagues- they were all good. The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was well planned, clean and modern. We had our dogs and it was close to a park- great walks. Very dog friendly and very much value for money.

The air con wasn’t working but we were offered alternative rooms . The outside looks scruffy. Inside was so much better. Glad we stayed

I arranged as the last minute staycation for my little boy's birthday. When's the hotel realised it was my son's birthday they want above and beyond. Festival the reception staff gave chocolate to him then we went and enjoyed the swimming pool facilities only to arrive back at our room to lovely helium balloon being delivered. We then went to dinner where they had decorated a booth with birthday bunting and Balloons, it was beautiful food was absolutely fantastic too and just as we thought they were done they bring out a beautifully decorated happy birthday plate of cakes singing happy birthday. Every single staff member went above and beyond even the chef come and introduced himself . The staff didn't actually know that my son's had a really hard time recently so them doing this for him was very special. When he left he cried saying it was probably the best day of his life. Unfortunately my evening meal was a disaster. I ordered a Risotto but the rice was hard. The Manager was really apologetic and didn't charge us for it and gave me some complimentary garlic bread. My husband enjoyed his meal, which I did try. The wine was lovely too.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was lovely, it was lovely to return after we got married there in 2018. Nathan (i think that's his name) in the restaurant at evening meal and breakfast was so lovely and helpful. Thank you. Bed was comfortable, pool was a lovely temperature and the food was great. Kids eat free is a huge bonus too. And great selection at breakfast!

The aircon wasn't working so it was stuffy in the room, fans were provided and I appreciate that's all that could be done. Thanks.

The staff were very very good. All of them. This made the stay for us. Gym was very well equipped and pool was a good size. Staffed for towels etc. these made the stay with kids better as we were there for wedding so not much else planned.

Pool was due repair one of the mornings but we did manage to get into it other days. Very good facilities for kids to keep them busy. Some of the fixtures were aging but you were doing renovation works so this will be a top hotel in no time.

Rooms were lovely and comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was lovely - we are vegan but there were lots of different options we really enjoyed trying. The breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. I hope to visit again soon!

The tv signal was not great at times and the windows let in a bit of cold air but it was fine with the air conditioning. Plant milk for the tea and coffee in the rooms would have been lovely but I'm sure if we'd asked for it it would have been provided.

Car park was a bit rough. Building from outside needs work but inside our rooms were clean and comfortable. We also got told the evening before we couldn't have family room . But instead two rooms which was a good resolution we were happy with My kids loved the hotel would stay here again

Everything. We stayed in an updated premier room, and it was superb. We had a corner sofa and lots of room. Very clean. Reception, front of house, housekeeping, bar, and breakfast staff were great as usual. Good food. So dog friendly too..!! This is our third stay this year as we need to stay local to the Bromsgrove area, and have booked our next two visits with this hotel also. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Breakfast: great. Social areas were great: bar, sofa area Rooms: functional and clean Staff: most were excellent Spa: clean, hot tub wasn't on Parking issues: unclear about registering vehicles: we got caught out and will endure a £100 fine if they can't sort this out.

Parking ... people need to be reminded about the parking routine on checking in. Lots of residents succumbed to the fine whilst we were there.

It was clean, comfortable and well situated. The staff were wonderful.

I had made a mistake with the booking dates so arrived a day early. If I hadn't booked through booking .com the staff would have been able to change the booking date for me at no extra cost. Because I had booked through them, and was unable to communicate with any member of booking. Com staff, despite several frustrating efforts, I had to pay for a second night at the Inn.
