v friendly staff. v comfy room and bed. Well located for centre and for motorway. Good provision of toiletries and tea/coffee. Easy to park. Good facilties to work (desk, lots of power points). Good lighting in room.

Could not get wi-fi to work (but used own mobile data) Room could have had wardrobe or chest of drawers. E-mail telling me how to get in did not arrive till after I did- I had to phone contact number AND wait to be rung back.

Great value, pizza place and corner shop right across road. Comfortable beds. TV in room for YouTube etc, complimentary coffees, soap and shower gel. I enjoyed the lack of staff as the check in was a breeze, just one phone call and within 2 mins we were in our room. CCTV cameras all over the hallways and entrance .

Floor was a little dirty but more so stained from people walking around in shoes. Stains however looked old

- Super fast Wifi (I even had Zoom calls) - Bathroom and bed were clean and smelled nice - The instruction how to enter the room was detailed - There were a kettle, a tea tray and some soap and shampoo provided

- The room was with two separate beds, but we booked a double bed. That was impossible to pair them together. They were separated with a bedside table screwed to the floor. - There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room

Value is amazing,clean well kept rooms,shower was better than my own and customer service was faultless,pizza place opposite is a must

WiFi could have been faster but considering it's free I couldn't moan

Was a nice room. Quiet area and cheap enough for me. Actually stayed longer than I wanted and enjoyed every minute. Would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and the bathroom was clean aside from the rope switch used to turn on the light.

The floors were a bit dirty and the tv was a bit glitchy but that’s about it.

Clean comfortable and warm and value for money, also in the 3 nights I stayed I couldn’t hear any other residents like places I’ve stayed for a lot more money. If I work in Rotherham again this would be first choice.

individual character of the place, converted Victorian house, very warm and cosy, very clean and comfortable. Loved the key safes so you weren't tied to a specific arrival time. Quiet location which was easy to find using the sat nav.

The stairs to the front door are quite steep and a little worn - I feel handrails are really needed on these - I have mild arthritis and found it quite hard to go up and down these. Steps from the path also need handrails.

Lovely room for a good price and really good instructions on how to get into the hotel and into my room thank you very much.

There was a step on the first floor that needs a yellow line or a warning it’s there as you can’t see it and twice I fell down it jarring my back very dangerous Also room 13 has such steep stairs that really should made clear on booking as my mum couldn’t get up them
