Picked hotel for price deal and location for places I wanted to go in area. Everything was as I'd hoped, tho no milk with complimentary tea /coffee and room not serviced for second day, which didn't bother me but might do others? Comfortable bed nice shower, clean and tidy and no noise filtering in from other rooms. Great parking facilities which is a bonus for any hotel in urban areas and very secure

Everything was fine for me and staff handled my booking fiasco as well as they could - my error it seems and I will be more careful on filling in online forms in future- I thought I'd booked 3 nights but hadn't. A room was available but for 3 times the price of my deal (£90instead of £30)and even at a "last minute" price that seemed excessive, considering I did eventually find a room for £32 elsewhere

Really comfy and spacious room, excellent location jst off the motorway, with a McDonald's, a pub and a huge morrisons right next door. Breakfast was really nice, very fresh and tasty. Staff on check in/out and also in the restaurant at breakfast really helpful and friendly. Couldnt do enough for you. Dog friendly, with a large grassy area perfect for exercising the dogs.

Honestly not much; if I had to be really fussy then the noise from the motorway, and better lighting in the bedroom, and the door card had to be swiped at least 3 times to let me in.

Clean, welcoming reception, staff lovely, night security staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and spacious, adequate facilities in room. Very little noise heard from other guests. Would definitely stay again.

Pillows quite hard but spares available in room which seemed much softer but didn't find them until the morning. Only 3 little milks between 2 adults all though I'm sure if I had requested some they would have been provided but again didn't realise until the morning and the body wash in the shower had not been re-filled and was totally empty.

Friendly efficient Reception staff. Good Covid protocols. All public areas and room very clean and spacious. Plenty of car parking. Great location for Rotherham and very near M18 and M1 motorways for access to Sheffield and Doncaster.

The parking registration screen a little bit tricky. Too easy to walk past it. It really needs drawing attention to by Reception including the fact that the screen needs scrolling to reflect adding 1 day to number of days booked to reflect check-out day.

Very friendly welcome. Lovely big room. Breakfast was nice- buffet but facilities to wipe down utensils and equipment before and after use. Great value for the money. Close to the motorway for a quick get away in the morning.

We arrived quite late and tired. We were looking forward to relaxing in the bar before bed but there was no choice of beer only Lager, and very few mixers or soft drinks. Not a problem, as we went to the pub 5 minutes walk away, but we would have preferred to stay on site.

Nice and spacious room, even in the bathroom enough space for your toilet bag, good and hot breakfast, lost to chose. Room had a desk and chair so a good laptop space.

Only bad thing was that there was not a designated smoking area away from the entrance. There were constantly lots of smokers standing with their beers right in front of the entrance and you needed to squeeze past them all the time.

There was some issues with the booking on their system - it was resolved by the staff there in the most efficient manner. In fact - all the staff we encountered were exceptional! They were all friendly and helpful, and seemed to be happy in their work - not always the case in hotels [and I use hotels for business a lot. I will stay here again should I be working nearby...

good sized shower, plenty of towels for 2 people. overall plenty of space. The staff were lovely.

plug socket by one twin bed not the other. The elevator is slow and bouncy which could be unsettling for some. our checkout time was up to mid day but house keeping came at 10 so was a bit of a rush to leave in the morning.

Close to shops, Welcoming, clean, Friendly staff gorgeous food <3 Staff was lovely and make me feel very welcome. Also was lovely to see they had a picture of my brother in laws The Chuckle Brothers up on the wall which was very touching.

Room was clean, food was amazing and breakfast. Staff where amazing and so friendly.

The Breakfast was good as was the shower, and it was fairly comfortable. A good budget hotel experience.

The tea/coffee tray was a bit sticky and 1 of the cups was a bit dirty, but otherwise all good.
