This place is lovely with a charming garden. It's a relaxing stay in the countryside, perfect for those who appreciate nature. The beds are comfy, and the shower has lots of towels and hot water. The Yew Tree Inn is conveniently next door for lunch, dinner, and drinks. The owners are a kind, older couple. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and hot plate to make simple meals. Bring groceries with you since this is NOT a Bed & Breakfast. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Thank you.

This isn't a good location for backpackers. Although there is a bus from Salisbury dropping off, it stops at a highway that is dangerous to walk down. Uber and taxi cabs take a long time to get there. I recommend this place only if you have a car.

Excellent value for many with the facilities making a week's stay convenient and inexpensive. Spotlessly clean. More specifically. LG tv, tea coffee and cakes waiting for you to have a snack on arriving, excellent counter top fridge, cooking utensils, pans, glasses, cutlery, cleaning materials, small counter top two ring hob with a good little oven, comfortable beds, good wifi, a delightful garden literally outside the door and privacy. Folding table and chairs so you can eat then clear space. Easy, plentiful parking a few seconds from premises - phone in advance to ask for details. The proprietors were pleasant and scrupulously professional in their dealings: helpful when needed and otherwise unintrusive. Delighted to recommend thoroughly. Would certainly rebook.

Nothing.

It was nice to stay at a privately owned lodging. The owners were wonderful and take such good care of the place and the beautiful garden. Flowers and songbirds greeted us every day. Wish we were able to walk the neighborhood paths. A beautiful area. The room and bath were set up efficiently and were clean and comfy. The room wasn't huge but was a steal for the money. We could have eaten at the pub for every meal but decided to hop on the bus (amazingly close!) to Salisbury where we bought pre-made meals at M&S and saved some coin. Tons to do and see in Salisbury. The cathedral is a must. Too many tempting shops.

It was easy to find from the directions provided. It had everything needed tea coffee milk to make you welcome. Washing up liquid provided. The double room is small but just big enough for two. Everything we used worked and the shower was warm enough. Parking was in the pub car park opposite the house which was good. There is a table top oven and stove but we did not try it.

No where for towels in the bathroom could do with another hook. We did eat in the room and the table was very good but you cannot move in the room once you get it out.

Friendly welcoming upon arrival! Then left to please ourselves until checkout :) nice quite location and only a few steps away from a nice rural pub

Internet wasn't the best which bothered the kids more than us adults. Few spider webs and spiders found but that's to be expected in a log cabin at this time of year! Would not hesitate to go back as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

A lovely place with everything you could want set in a beautiful garden. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to sit outside for breakfast and enjoy the birds singing and a glass of wine in the evening. Lovely little oldly worldly pub practically next door with gorgeous food too. Jeff and Carol are a lovely couple keep up the good work.

Absolutely nothing.

Very clean very well equipped rooms, especially the kitchenette part. Private cabins outside the main house. Comfortable bed and quiet. Best for me was the mini fridge which contained a small carton of fresh milk instead of the little pots you typically get. I loved being able to make a proper cup of tea in the morning. Responsive and professional hosts.

Easy check in. Comfortable accommodation. Small, but well equipped. Lovely garden

Nothing wrong with the property, but I could not communicate with the hosts via Booking.com. That is very frustrating. I had to find the property website and get their email address and email them directly to get information on check-in arrangements. They were very responsive.

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay. The cabin is even bigger than we'd expected, very comfortable and warm. The shower is a great size, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and the wifi was great. The pub next door is a gem and well worth a visit or two for drinks and food! We left the cars in the pub car park and hopped on the bus into the centre of Salisbury for the day - only a 15 min journey. Also had a lovely walk from the door so no need to use the cars the whole time! Jeff was very welcoming and friendly.

We enjoyed it all!

Location. Great for a couple of nights but no more. Tra and coffee, with milk available in the fridge. Lovely hosts.

The place is pretty compact and the shower is fine for a shower but I wouldn't have been able to wash/rice my hair due to shower flow being more of a thin spray than a proper water flow. The fridge is tiny, just enough for milk a couple of yogurts. The self catering is restricted by that.
