Everything. The managers were a lovely couple who were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The monsell was clean and comfortable with onsite parking. Great location. Away from the night time time noise but close enough to walk to town centre and beach. And bars and restaurants. Would definitely go again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Except I did not want to leave. All was just perfect for us.

Fantastic location, I hadn't really thought about it too much as I'm not local and forgetting I'd probably find it difficult to get about and it was great, we was able to pop back with bits and pieces throughout the day. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was great and as you'd expect with facilities.

Personally the bed was too soft for me, but I am 7 months pregnant, but my partner liked the softness. It was also not at any fault if the hotel but the upstairs guests would come in late and then what sounded like rearranging the furniture and being loud for a good hour. But as said no fault of the hotel just wish other guests would be mindful that other people stay there.

Absolutely fantastic! Warm welcome, staff were polite and friendly, always on hand, great knowledge of area. Parking available on-site. Family room en-suite (11) was perfect, clean, comfortable, had everything you could need, lovely warm and cosy, great amount of space for toddler to play of a evening or morning especially as above dining room. Hotel was clean inside and outside, warm at entrance. Loved the leaflets for days out of surrounding area and extra necessities at reception eg. Toilet roll, coffee, milk etc. Hotel positioned perfectly but not too far to walk from the hustle and bustle of the strip and promenade. Beautiful quiet and comfy sleep. Great value for money and more. Highly recommend visiting 😊

Nothing, perfect

We loved the simple set up of the room, Alot of space in the room for my son to play with his toys, The beds was comfy,, The location of the hotel was great you are literally less than five minutes to the sea, And how friendly the couple who run it are.

The only thing I would love is with breakfast you pay for extras which is fine, But I would love if we had accessibility to toast with cereals for the price, Would just add to the value for money if you got both.

The owners were really nice, welcoming and approachable I liked the printed booklet in the room with all the hotel information including free wifi passwords Didn’t have breakfast but like they had the choice to order

Struggled to regulate the shower temperature in the room for my daughters as was really hot or really cold The double bed mattress was comfortable but had a dip in the middle

Easy to find, great location 5min walk from the town, beach and attractions Hotel was clean Owners are lovely and welcoming. Our room was top floor, family room clean, modern and comfortable

There was Only 1 small issue which was there was a sliding door to the toilet and shower which didnt quite shut properly. Closing it there still left an inch gap From top to bottom which meant u could see and hear everything when's someone's in there using the facilities. Also a sign on the door to say close the sliding door when in the shower as the steam can cause the smoke alarms to go off.. it made us reluctant to use the shower as the door was unable to shut fully. That would be our only slight criticism. Overall the place was very well kept .

It was a nice little hotel, convenient location, very clean, and comfy beds. Allowed us to check in early, great when youve got little ones. Easy check in. We were only there one night so can't comment on much
