Room and location was excellent. We booked the suite, which was much better than anticipated. The room details on booking.com were quite vague, but the room is very spacious, with an open plan bath tub, two tv’s, and seating area. Very impressive. Room 26, would highly recommend. Large car park right outside the property. Lots of places to eat within short walking distance (2mins tops). Michelin star restaurant literally up the road, plus an Indian, Chinese, and Italian restaurant. We dined at the hotel and was not disappointed. Food was great. There’s a Lovely cocktail bar right up the road too.
Breakfast really let this place down. No cups, no plates, no hot water, no juice, no milk,. Continually having to ask for things,. And then queue again as everyone was waiting and asking for the same things; which, with better planning for numbers is an issue that could have been avoided.

We booked room only for 1 adult & 2 kids. At the last min my husband's availability changed & he wanted to join us. The hotel couldn't change our room as the larger family room was already booked, but they were very flexible & allowed us to bring an extra bed. Our room was plenty large enough to accommodate & the staff were really lovely & informative. The room was comfortable & clean and the coffee was the best! We paid extra for breakfast the next day & it was OK, but the eggs were overcooked and cold. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but I would have breakfast elsewhere.
Just the breakfast, but as this was an extra we decided to do at short notice I would still stay there again I just would look for somewhere else to eat.

A lovely pub restaurant located in a cute little village. Parking really easy and free in the large carpark (be sure to add reg number at hotel check in). All well situated for our visit to the NEC (just about 10 mins away). We were made very welcome by the lovely lady on hotel reception and a nice welcome note with chocolate was found in our room. Our twin room was a great size, decorated really nicely, comfy beds and a really well stocked tea tray including nice biscuits. (To be fair, there are top class hotels that could learn from the tea tray selection offered by the Greswolde Arms!) Beds were really comfy, bathroom also nicely decorated. Additional pillows available in room, which isn’t always the case. Popped into bar for a quick drink - nice welcoming staff, lovely ambience. Clearly a popular village pub! If we visit again we’d love to dine and have breakfast…but we were attending Crufts…so we were late arriving and very early heading back to the event leaving us no opportunity to try any meals (we didn’t travel with a dog ourselves, but the place seems dog friendly with doggy treats by the front door 💕…but do NOT let that put you off if you’re not a doggy fan). We enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely consider it again should we be visiting the area! We would definitely recommend the Greswolde Arms for its value for money, its warm welcome and lovely ambience…and the comfy beds! 👍🏼👍🏼
Although beautifully decorated some aspects of the room just needed a little attention…a very wobbly bathroom sink tap, a missing bathroom tile, a chipped and damaged bathroom bin, and rather loose bedroom window locks. Also the corridor near our room was lacking a hoovering. These are small house keeping jobs, that if rectified will really make the Greswolde Arms’ accomodation match up to the high standard of the Greswolde Arms wonderfully warm welcome!

The room was very comfortable, we had a mobility room on the ground floor, everything we needed was there. The receptionist helped us with our cases. The car park was manic, no disabled spaces available on the Friday afternoon we arrived, but on the Saturday morning I was able to move the car to a disabled spot. My sister & I were surprised we were unable to put our drinks on our room number, had to pay cash. I understand this has to be pre-booked !!
As explained in the previous comment, could not put our drinks on our room had to pay cash !!

The bed was comfortable and a good size for two. Breakfast abundant and very good! The room was pretty quiet. Great shower since you can easily regulate both the flow and the temperature. Plenty of tea, coffee and cookies, along with big cups and a clean kettle.
The windows don't close properly which makes a difference when cold wind blowing. There is a thermostat so we could turn up the heating when needed. The iron was leaking out of the bottom when I took it off the shelf so didn't use it. Toiletries limited to hand soap and shower gel.

I needed an accessible room for elderly parents whilst attending family event nearby. Luckily I phoned direct as nothing showing on booking.com, but there was a ground floor room available - it was excellent large bathroom and not too far to walk from entrance. Female afternoon / early evening receptionist was excellent, very helpful in booking a 2nd room on the day, although cheaper online than at the desk & no ability to price match. I booked online & waited for it to go through. We will use again.
Nothing regarding the rooms, although the pub was a little rowdy, it was a March night. And except the price which is actually reflective of the area but a little high.

Convenience off the motorway . Village location Nice welcome Great evening meal in the bar area Room, nicely furnished, large tv. Bath with shower. Kettle , coffee , tea & biscuits
Breakfast. ( Not included in my room rate) Continental buffet was poor. Area in the restaurant where it was located was too small for the number of people trying to access it. Bakery items lacking… Just white toast,& “solid” muffins left. Urns of coffee and hot water had ran out. Had to ask for them to be refilled No cups & no side plates… this was at 9.30 and breakfast was on until 10

Nicely located and close to the airport. It had a bar for convenience which allowed us to just go downstairs and relax after our flight. The room size was superb, well ventilated and obviously the lovely Michelle who we met for breakfast. Super friendly and one of the reasons we will be returning to the hotel again in August
We were disappointed that we couldn’t order a bottle of wine after arriving late from the airport. The option of possible room service would have been more than welcome after the bar closed. Other than that I couldn’t find any faults and I’m fussy!😂

Nice comfortable room although a bit dated. Flaking paint on the ceiling especially the bathroom, plug in the bathroom sink leaked water out so had to keep topping up the hot water, don’t think the extractor fan worked.
Full English breakfast on my first morning was excellent, also a good choice of pastries. On my second morning I opted for the eggs Benedict, wrong choice, the poached eggs were hard the sauce had split and the toast was so stale you could not cut it. I complained to the waitress and sent it back I’m glad to say the the replacement was perfect.

The room was very clean The shower was excellent with lots of hot water The bed was comfortable but a bit too firm for our personal taste, extra pillows in the wardrobe if needed :) Large bathroom Complimentary tea & coffee Free Parking if register your registration
Very creaky floor and bed, so felt a little embarrassed when simply turning over ! The hot & cold tap on the sink was opposite to what I’m used to (the hot was on the right) The food in the restaurant wasn’t great We both had steak & Ale Pie with mash and seasonal veg, I had lots of gristle in my pie ( partners was fine) The gravy plopped out of the jug in a lump, turned out to still be FROZEN! how hard is it to boil the kettle and make gravy! As it certainly wasn’t nice enough to have been homemade in a large batch and frozen
