Spacious bedroom and bathroom, equipped with the essentials inc kettle, teas, mini fridge, TV, etc. Rooms are quiet and keep outside noise away despite being quite close to the motorway and car parks. The cosy bed and plump pillows make every night just a little bit better. Good AC unit as well. Reasonable parking price as well which is good. The Starbucks on-site has a lot of options too!

Seems trivial but the TV was a bit basic, would’ve been good if we could stream something or it was a Smart TV. Also, didn’t receive breakfast on the second morning for some reason but the lady at the reception desk (forgot her name) apologised and allowed us to redeem the breakfast cost against the parking.

The staff I encountered were exceptional. I say this because I have stayed with other hotel groups at the similar level and other Doubletree by Hilton's. They greeted as soon as I walked in, was happy to assist with my parking and arranged my room efficiently. I did encounter a problem regarding some lights not working; the reception staff I spoke to immediately came with me to look into this and when it cannot be immediately resolved she arranged for a different room. This room resolved all issues and even had additional lighting. Thank you for the care and great customer service despite me not being a high level member of the hotel group.

Room very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with the plenty of staff to assist with any specific needs. Receptions and Lough very clean and bright. Staff were very good and accommodated an early check in which was ideal due to going to a wedding.

Parking payment was not clear. I registered at desk and expected to pay on check out. This did not occur so when I got home I spoke to the hotel who confirmed was complementary of the stay. Signage could have been clearer as I was concerned I would get fined due to not paying the overnight charge.

The room was clean and spacious. Facilities were great. You have to pay for parking £3 a night. Breakfast was good. You will be given a warm cookie after checking in just like any other Hilton's hotels. Staff was lovely.

Purely the bed. The mattress was really hard to sleep on and uncomfortable. Impossible to get a good night sleep on it. Woke up during the night a couple times. Made us feel tired and our back ache in the morning. Could have been so much better but this one thing bring everything else down. You would at least expect to have good night sleep in a hotel but we weren't. After the first night I felt like finding somewhere else to stay but we booked non refundable room so we didn't want to waste our money.

We felt very welcome by all the staff. Everyone was friendly, polite, kind and helpful at all times. The room was exceptionally large and homely and well equipped with coffee machine and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and spacious and plenty of towels etc. The bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch too.

The bed was too firm and the base was solid and very creaky. If the bed could be made a bit more comfortable it would have been a perfect stay.

I have stayed at the hotel several times and the staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a Queen room. There is a lot of space, a small table and chair and the bed was really comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee left in the room, iron and ironing board and lots of storage should you need it on a longer stay. A really pleasant room which made even just an overnight stay feel like a treat. Very easy to park.

Nothing to dislike

nice modern hotel, very close to the freeway. Nice staff.

That all they had to offer for room service after dinner hours is pizza. which I and anyone else who is gluten intolerant or coeliac can’t eat. There were no gluten free options at all, so after a whole day of traveling, there was nothing I could eat. I wasn’t even offered a piece of fruit or gluten-free bread with jam (which could have been offered as this is what I finally got to eat several hours later for breakfast). for the money you pay and such a large up- market chain hotel, I expected better. You need to get with the times… unlike vegans or vegetarians who can choose to have such a diet, those of us who become medically ill from eating gluten have no choice and are sick and tired of having to go hungry because the hospitality industry doesn’t get the difference!

I like the lay out of our room we had, the bathroom was very clean and well lit. The bed was even bigger than we thought it was going to be, very cosy room.

We could not get the air con to work so it was abit chilly, but we wasn't to worried There was also a noise in the bathroom that was like a fan noise that was on all the time, which I didnt know if it was meant to be turn off somewhere or if it a normal thing.

Staff, (Clifford) was exceptionally helpful and cheerful..and one of the managers saw me struggling with a heavy bag and carried it all the way to our room. Room was comfortable and had nearly everything we needed! Loved it really.

Piece of glass on bathroom floor when we first went in..luckily spotted it straight away. The cups were SO tiny ..too small to make a cuppa! Also..as we don't use hotels very often..we wanted to ring down to reception to ask something..and there was every number you could ask for..apart from reception..in the end we rang Room Service and they rang as back with how to contact reception!!

We got a warm welcome at reception, a room upgrade and the food and service in the restaurant was very good.

The only real let down was the bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and really squeaky so we kept waking up when somebody moved. I think I had about three hours sleep in the end. Such a shame as it's probably most important part of a hotel stay.
