The room was spacious and clean. We liked the multi use bathroom/toilet door. We ordered a takeway and was able to have the food in the dining area after 8.30pm - it wasnt a problem to use condiments and plates and cutlery by the hotel - this was an excellent! As we didnt have to eat in the room. Bar service - great to buy some cold beverages. Free parking and there was lots of spaces. Check in and out very quick and swift - special mention to Cairon - he was so friendly, proffessional and helpful - full on knowledge and a good aura from our conversations. Top Man!!!

Location very convenient for us with regard to travelling between Bristol and Swindon. Breakfast excellent as always in a Holiday Inn Express. Friendly staff on hand to help if necessary.

Have informed reception at other HI Expresses the additional lip getting out of shower which we both find to be strip hazard. I have in the past actually cut my toe. My husband is an architect and in his view the higher lip is an add on which is a health and safety issue.

lots of variety for breakfast though the egg got finished fast but still there were many options to eat from especially for the price. Really nice price. Good facilities and is not far from the central just an 8 mins drive.

The only 2 things we were slightly late for checkout by 30 mins so the lady just barged inside the room to tell we need to check out instead of knocking and we let her in. 2nd i didn't like was when I came to hand over the keys to check out there was no one there at as the desk we waited for 30 mins but no one came to hand over the checkout keys so we just left the keys at the desk and left. also, the shampoo was not there but we didn't ask them to replace it since we ended up forgetting always to tell them.

Staff members are friendly. Location is good as is close to M4 and the hotel offers free parking. Room was clean.

Breakfast - not too many choices and poor quality. Very noisy air con - and not just ours as we could hear the air cons from other rooms as well. Also, someone, probably a guest before us, forgot her bra at the window and it remained in there - the room was clean, but whoever cleaned it didn't check it properly. My husband advised me to stop looking around as who knows what surprises I may find :)))

Helpful staff, good facilities, convenient location, clean room and wc/shower. Breakfast was decent and the general atmosphere pleasant.

1. Sofa bed had exposed fairly sharp projecting metal parts on the sides. Very unsafe and present hazard for our children both while awake and while sleeping (note: Ikea have some very appropriate safe sofa beds). 2. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hard with what appeared to be parts of the mechanism felt through the very thin mattress, which made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. 3. Our telephone order for dinner was taken incorrectly and we had to wait for our child's correct order to arrive while the rest of our order was getting cold. Rather disappointing as we booked mainly for a night's sleep so not having an adequately comfortable night's sleep is very disappointing.

Everything from the clean and comfortable rooms, to the exceptional staff, would recommend this hotel to any traveler. I was particularly impressed with the always happy and friendly breakfast crew, who looked after me each morning during my stay and ensured that I had my veggie sausages which they brought to my table. Thank you so much ladies. And many thanks to the front desk who sorted me out when Booking.com completely screwed up my reservation. Thank you.

Great staff on reception, bar and restaurant / breakfast. Good room facilities - wifi, tv, iron and board etc. Very clean. Super comfy bed. Room temperature good and easy to control / change. Good, quality breakfast, as much as you want. Easy, free parking.

Soap dispenser in bathroom empty. No mirror over desk/dressing table. Unnecessary landline on bedside table. Only low / spotlighting.

the food in the evening was disgusting, I ordered a burger and chips and a margarita pizza. It took over an hour to come, the margarita wasn’t cooked properly and had hardly any cheese just thick tomato base , the beef burger tasted exactly like a rustlers burger and they advertise it to come with ‘cheddar cheese’ which it doesn’t it comes with the plastic cheese, even after asking that it was definitely cheddar. The soap dispenser in our room leaked everywhere and ruined my makeup bag and wash bag.

There wasn’t much around the location but with a car it was convenient for the M4 and other local routes. The breakfast was limited. The sausages were good and if the bacon wasn’t left too long it was good. The scrambled egg was tasteless. I’d have liked to have seen more choice of cereals and individually packaged. Same with the yogurt. I feel It’s a bit unhygienic to leave a big open bowl of cereal or yogurt.

I honestly cant pick a fault in this hotel. This is our 2nd stay,the room was comfortable and clean. There was a hairdryer and an iron with an ironing boardI has everything you need, they even gave our dog a dogy bag with 2 chews and a ball for him !!! The bar area is nice. A great breakfast all needs catered for DEFO stay again. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a mobile shop if you forget something you can buy chargers ear buds even aftershave. At reception theres extra tea coffee and milk sachets if you run out. The hotel is a little gem. That's our honest opinion. Really really nice hotel excellent value money.

My other half wanted a biscuit with his tea in the room and there wasnt any. That's the only thing I can say.
