Our room was very comfortable, the wine and snacks were a welcome extra touch. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately part of the spa was closed but we enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and steam room. We loved the bar area, with the motor racing memorabilia and had an enjoyable lunch there.

I did not enjoy the food in the restaurant. My dinner was excessively oily, to the point it was mostly inedible. They were very apologetic and offered an alternative but it had put me off trying anything else. Although there was a good choice of hot food for breakfast it was buffet style and had not kept warm adequately. There were a number of staff but no one appeared to be keeping a check on the food. On a cold and wet day, there was little to do nearby.

Room size bathroom magnificent great facilities spa pool jacuzzi all good breakfast self serve was excellent parking was plentiful and there were 6 charging bays allocated to hotel guests and the charges were very reasonable for a 22kwh charger. Loved the Silverstone Bar nostalgic pictures of legendary F1 drivers past and present

Better communication around Spa treatments not enough info on the website on treatments available and the need to book treatments well in advance if I stay again I will book a treatment break to guarantee a booking as I was unsuccessful in getting any on this trip. Also there seems to be an issue on the Friday evening in the dinning long wait for the main course kept getting promised it was on its way eventually gave up and had dinner back in the room on a tray which spoiled dinner that evening otherwise fantastic stay

The location was easy to find & has a large car park. All the members of the staff we encountered were friendly & attentive. The evening meal was enjoyable & the breakfast options good. We also liked the provision of free games tables for entertainment.

was not the hotels fault but a Johnsons Laundry service truck driver ignored the give way to oncoming traffic sign as he was leaving the grounds forcing us to reverse to a side road area. There was an easier option pull in point he could have used but chose not to.

good sized room , very spacious with a large bathroom, warm mcomfortable and quiet.Excellent pool and gym facilities. excellent breakfast.

Tv in room was tiny and a long way from the bed ,should really be of a decent size. Food menu was good but with over the top with suppliments- be aware of additional charges £10.50 for a glass of wine only to find £2.00 added as a service charge on top also an additional coffe was added for some reason which was removed when challenged at reception.

Breskfast excellent. First time at venue so felt quite special Had lovely hour or so in the spa.

Just weather probabky to enable walk outsude but as a quick overnight winter stay didnt really matter! Also thinking we focused on the loud mention of the NYEve's planned meal and missed noticing that the restaurant was open and available for the evening we were there! Still had great food etc in the bar area. Another time - before too long too - hopefully?!

Room was lovely with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom sink water pressure is poor but not a big deal really and the shower seemed to work ok.

Exceptionally busy at breakfast time which meant the hot buffet was empty and took a little while to refill. Not the fault of the staff at all but just wondering whether it may be worth looking at a more organised breakfast routine for larger groups of people - e.g book a set time for breakfast so the staff are not overwhelmed.

I enjoyed the spa / breakfast was lovely

The staff at reception were not very friendly, I felt like I was being fobbed off when I asked questions such as where do I order cream tea , can I book the spa they just kept saying ask in leisure ! When I went to the bar in leisure asked for a Prosecco I was told no the bar is shut then the girl walked off the young man served me !

Room was spacious and clean, really comfortable! Loved the bed, and had a good coffee machine in the room. Very spacious bathroom too. Very quiet room, and exceeded expectations.

The only thing that let the room down was the poor bath and shower. The water pressure was very weak, and the shower head tiny. Was hard to have a proper shower! The bath tub felt very ‘cheap’ when you stepped into it for a shower - the plastic felt flimsy.

Staff were very friendly and quick to help. Dinner we had at Murry's restaurant was exceptional! Room was large and spacious and the facilities were good. Spa was lovely, especially the sauna.

Breakfast was okay but things were running out and the eggs had sat for far too long. The room was a little dated and there were no USB points. The lighting was almost non-existent and we couldn't open the window as there was a wasp nest outside.

Facilities were good, including spa, room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Choice of eating in restaurant or bar. Formula 1 theme in bar. Good breakfast. Good parking.

Pushy sales staff for restaurant would not leave us alone. He approached each member of my family every time we walked through reception. Bar prices were high.
