Lovely peaceful rural location, delicious Indian restaurant right next door so no taxis required! Oldy-worldy style B&B, very comfortable bed (we were in room 3). Individual iced shortbread biscuits (one each) were a nice little touch. Helpful friendly owners, delicious cooked breakfast (but other options available) served in a lovely breakfast room. Alcohol served to room between 4-8 pm if required, we didn’t but a nice option. Lovely big shower, clean soft towels provided.

Nothing we didn’t like but small suggestions for improvements would be: Fixing the dripping taps in the freestanding period bath might make it more appealing (we didn’t want a bath but some people might). New window blinds in room 3 would be good as the current ones are quite stiff to open & close, as are the windows but presumably an age thing! New lock on Room 3 door as current one loose and a little fiddly to lock.

What an amazing setting and a fantastic location. The room was spotless and had everything you needed and the guys that run it were lovely and what a fantastic breakfast. Little fridge close by for fresh milk and much needed bottle water. Plenty of hot drinks in the room to chose from - honestly nothing is too much trouble. Free parking which is a bonus, lovely walks close by and a fab Indian restaurant next door.

There really is nothing not to like about this place - this is my ideal home could easily live there. Woke up with the birds in the morning. Cuppa tea outside just cannot fault this place. Can only highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

We spent a Friday and Saturday night at Home Farm Bed and Breakfast and really enjoyed our stay. Nick and his team made us feel at home. The first thing we noticed was the peace a quiet. Coming from the city is was not something that we are used to. We were in the deluxe king double room which was very spacious and catered for all our needs. (tea, coffee, extra pillows, extra blankets, extra heating) Breakfast was enjoyable and tasty. You can request a full English or they have a continental breakfast if you desire. For dinner there is a restaurant next door for which you can receive a 15% discount for staying at Home Farm. Many thanks again to all at the Home Farm for making us feel very welcome as we would happily stay again.

We loved the peaceful location and the very comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of hot and cold foods and high quality coffee. Most of all we loved Nick and Tim's hosting and attention to detail, we felt as if nothing was too much trouble for them.

Room 4, just a couple of small details - bathroom door could be a bit easier to close quietly, a little disturbing during the night! Bedside tables a bit small for glasses, phone, book etc

Everything was amazing! Greeted on arrival and shown to our room which was in the barn and was wonderful. The owners were lovely and helped us figure out a taxi to MK stadium, and served an amazing breakfast in the morning. Lots of lovely touches to the room too. We hope to be back later in the year for a longer visit to explore the local area, the walks look lovely we just didn't have time in our quick stay this time. Thank you again to the owners!

Absolutely nothing

Super friendly service and the house itself is finished beautifully. Having a charge point for the car was a big plus for us, as was the Indian restaurant just next door! The room was spotless and the finishing touches Nick & Tim provide really make the stay feel special. Shower pressure is also excellent!

Nothing, best hotel experience we've had in a long time.

Very friendly hosts in lovely area. Room and bed was very comfortable. Shower was great and plenty of power! The welcome biscuit was a very nice touch, and the breakfast was first class! Really enjoyed my quick stay and will be booking here again.

Only thing that could be improved was to have a plug socket near the bed head. Not a problem as plugs available in other parts of the room. Just would be useful for charging phone.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to a lovely room, and in the morning had a lovely breakfast that lasted us through much of the day.

We picked the wrong night to stay over thus could not try the local restaurant that is located right next door, however there was a welcome snack and some goodies in the room to tide us over until breakfast.

Had a fabulous stay. Nick was extremely welcoming and breakfast the next day was excellent. We asked to for a late checkout the next morning which they allowed us to do no problem. Fantastic b&b and service. We look forward to coming back for another stay, hopefully longer :)
