What an absolute Gem of a find, The Woden is absolutely beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a fridge in the room which was brilliant. The bathroom was spotless, the shower fab. It's a great location for gigs at Villa Park. There's no problem getting taxis to and from, which were really reasonable. There's a cheap and cheerful pub just across the street. The whole booking process was very easy. We met the owners Dad upon arrival, who was super helpful. I would 100% recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much. we will definitely book again if we need accommodation that way.

Excellent!!! Check In was a breeze and the facility manager made sure that I had everything I needed. The room was superb - large, comfortable and clean. Wifi was super fast and I had extra amenities including a microwave, dishes and cutlery! The location was walking distance to a supermarket for amenities and to the tram station into the Birmingham and the surrounding are. All around lovely and would definitely be staying there again if in the area!

The TV wasn’t able to connect to wifi so couldn’t stream shows, but there were still ordinary free view channels to watch.

We used the studio room which was very roomy and comfortable. We think everything was brand new: all items were spotless and the cleaning overnight was exceptional. The price was very reasonable and we felt the security was good considering this is a hotel without staff. The place was quiet despite being close to major roads. The location was good for us as we were visiting family and then went to the Black Country Living Museum. We would use this hotel again as it's tasteful, spotless and well placed for travellers like us.

This is nit picking! The front door is heavy and needs an internal handle to pull open. One packet of 3 biscuits in a room for 2 is a bit mean! We weren't sure that if we cooked in the room (which we could) would be a good idea as we couldn't wash up in the studio only in the communal kitchen. Truly this is not a serious criticism as so much thought has gone into the place.

There was no breakfast at the hotel as it was self catering so no comment to make. Their are kitchen facilities so breakfast can be prepared should you wish. The room was comfortable, clean and of a high standard with good facilities such as fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the tea and biscuit also.

Not much to dislike if you are aware its an unmanned Hotel. Could not get Netflix to work on the TV but not a problem. Even though e-mail contact and telephone numbers are available online.I guess a information pack would be a good addition.

Everything was very new, very clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was all well thought out. Pillows were incredible. Just an fyi, it is more like an air bnb as there are no staff there so you do need to send a picture of your ID and pay a deposit of £50. They send you the codes to enter once you’ve done this

We had booked a room with a standard double which is fine but a bit small, not the giant hotel beds you normally get. I am not a huge fan of paying deposits!

A beautifully decorated room with excellent in room facilities, including fridge, microwave, and kettle. The communal kitchen with a washing machine and tumble drier were a real bonus, along with the little courtyard. Although there was no breakfast included, the kitchen allowed you to make your own....or go to the Wetherspoons literally over the road, as we did.

The shower tray appeared not to drain quickly enough for the excellent water pressure shower. The TV had not been connected (as it was a brand new room)

Lovely place, everyone was so nice and helpful especially Jay who was very responsive and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom, would definitely recommend

Only thing which was unfortunate was the netflix was not working on the tv, the internet connection on the tv was not connected, however i was only trying it the morning before checkout, didnt bother to ask for any help, im sure if i did they would have helped

I used to live in Wednesbury and it is so good to have somewhere to stay if I pop for a catch up. So the fact it is local to Wednesbury is brilliant. I am really impressed with the booking and hotel / room entry system. Loved my stay.

A Tiny Little thing - the cord to close the blinds should be on the left in my room as quite a reach. It didn't lessen the enjoyment of my stay though and picking nits really as a super room.

This is probably one of the best places we have stayed in. Accommodation is splendid, modern, utterly clean and well laid out. It's impossible to fine fault at any level. You won't fined better in our opinion. This is a an unsolicited review. This is our " go to " property the next time we are in the area. I will add that customers service is also excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful.
