The room was large, clean and lovely. I checked it out before I brought my luggage over. I had no idea if there was a breakfast, but I liked the kettle and tea/coffee selection in the room. Everything worked properly. I was very comfortable. The location is wonderful and I could walk to shops & restaurants. I received the entry code in plenty of time and it worked perfectly. The wifi and water pressure were great. Anyone considering staying should know there is a flight of stairs to get to the rooms. It's a good solid staircase so I had no problem going up and down with my bags.

I didn't like that the trash wasn't taken out or the room freshened up in between days, but my stay was quite short so that wasn't much of a nuisance. I make my own bed anyway first thing in the morning as I can't stand to be in a room with a messy bed. My friends were worried because there was no one in charge on the premises in case of emergency, so that may bother some people. I felt safe enough staying alone. I told my friends I heard other people staying in nearby rooms, so I'm sure they could hear me if I screamed!

The cleanliness, quality and comfort of this room is as good as, if not better, than mainstream hotels such as Premier Inn. As a bonus the lounge/restaurant below the accommodation is excellent. Having a fan in the room for the hot nights, along with bottles of water and a fridge if required were all much appreciated and made a difference. The entrance was unmanned but the use of codes is convenient and worked well.

A suggestion would be to use bottled soap for the sink instead of packet soap (as for the shower).

The room was spacious and well designed. The bathroom was fabulous and the bed was large and comfortable! Self check in is very easy and the location was great for our needs. Everything was very clean and looked new. Perfect!

With the size of the bathroom it would have been easy to install a bath which would have added a little touch of luxury. The in-room fridge was a bit noisy so needed to be unplugged so we could sleep. It would have been nice to be able to have breakfast downstairs at No. 73.

Beautiful room, lovely tea tray, excellent value for money

Our only issue was the room was so very hot. It was an unusually hot day and night (30 degrees) and whilst we had a fan, we didn't sleep well. Exceptionally minor, and likely only an issue on the rare weeks of summer. The only way around it would be to install air conditioning, but that would drive up the price of the rooms. Having said that, we would have given a limb for air con that night, so might be something to consider in the future.

Brilliant place to stay. Handy to have an Asda at the back and plenty eateries in the high street. The whole place was like new and spotlessly clean. Even a large electric fan was provided which was very useful..would have appreciated a hair dryer but apart from that ,we loved our stay and will rebook for next time.

Only1 thing, Step to entrance / door way very high.

The rooms have recently been converted to a high standard. Access was via a code provided a few days before arrival. This all worked very well. Location, in the middle of the town centre was ideal, the town is not busy so there was little noise disturbance, but excellent access to all amenities. Food and drinks downstairs in the bar/restaurant were all good. The staff were attentive and polite.

There is no car parking, but there are ample public car parks very close by, one is free after 6pm. No reception facilities and little contact with staff, unless you go into the bar (at which point they are super helpful).

Good location and room overlooking London Rd was excellent, every thing needed for my stay of 5 days was provided. Accomodation is clean and well looked after and I would recommend it without reservation.

Electronic check-in code not provided until I arrived and I received it from bar staff, but consider it a minor hiccup in what was a very pleasant stay.

Spacious, very clean, and comfortable beds. Waterlooville doesn't have much to offer but it was a good base to access surrounding areas for the purpose of our trip. Easy self-check in with clear instructions. It was nice to not be disturbed, as one sometimes can be in a hotel (by housekeeping). The restaurant below is very good too.

It was a bit warm, staying on the top floor in the summer but a fan was provided to help with this.

Lovely clean rooms! Security seemed good. Loved the bathrooms! Good location for our early ferry crossing early the next morning.

It was extremely hot the evening we arrived and it was hard to cool the rooms down. We couldn't understand the symbols on the wall units - they looked like they could cool as well as heat, but they were hard to use and ended up only heating the room more, so we just had to open the window a tiny crack. This brought in loud Saturday night shouts from the street below, but it went quiet eventually. We could only park in the Asda nearby (suggested by hosts), which stated no overnight parking (nerve-wracking but we had no other choice!), and had to walk 5-10 mins with our young children and heavy suitcases up the side of a busy road.

Size of the room was good and the fridge was an asset.

Unfortunately our mobility was not good so the stairs were a problem. The heavy doors were also a struggle. At least 2 chairs would be good for 2 persons or a settee as I see you have in other rooms. Information on what is going on in the area would have been useful too.
