Great location to connect with Euston. It is under 5mins’ walk door to door to Watford Junctions station. The reception team was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was well equipped.

It’d be really useful to have some more prominent signage to show the location of the serviced apartments. It was my first visit and it took me some time to locate the apartments. The window was sealed and there was no built-in ventilation system in the room. However, there were four electric fans so I was able to get by during by stay in the autumn period. The team told me on my departure that there’s plan to upgrade the windows. As I was not aware that the group hotel located adjacent to the apartments provided out of hours support, I didn’t know where to seek help when a number of fellow residents’ doors making loud noises for a significant period of time around midnight and in the very early morning around 5am.

The room was super clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet and the location was excellent for a tourist like me.

The television had just the regular channels. It wasn’t a smart TV so no Netflix and YouTube. This is unacceptable in 2023

The apartment was perfect for location, right across the road from Watford junction and the bus stop to Harry Potter studios. We had originally planned to use public transport but ended up driving but wouldn’t have been a problem if not. Also only £13 return into London so we saved a lot of money compared to staying in central London. The bed was very big and comfortable too and the space was good for 2 people. Close to the high street as well.

You can’t prebook the parking so cars were parked wherever they could fit blocking cars in, we struggled to get parking the first night when we got back about 8pm. The windows in the apartment were very old and didn’t shut easily plus there was gaps around it so the wind was blowing through so was very cold at night.

Room was modern and nicely laid out. Clean and everything as expected. View from window was nice! Town is literally on the door step so plenty to do. Lady on reception was super friendly and helpful when I checked in too!

Mattress could do with updating and bed was creaky. Also the TV wasn't a smart TV- so couldn't hook phone up. These aren't necessarily issues though, these were just preference! I liked the room!

Nice big apartment, clean, fab sofa and close to the centre of town

Difficult to find - you need to know that it’s behind the holiday inn

Very convenient for the shuttle bus to Harry Potter Studio Tour. Spacious, fairly clean and comfortable. Good views from 7th floor. Staff were pretty helpful and cheerful.

Email specified damages deposit must be paid in cash. Trawling round the remaining cash machines of Watford with three kids including one with a disability wasn't much fun. Turned out when we got there that they would've taken a card payment anyway! Then we had a long wait in reception to get it back at the end. Staff were pretty helpful otherwise though. Sofa bed was only comfortable on one side. Few stains on the walls we could have done without. No Extractor fan or window in bathroom.

The space was great for a family of four. Beds are comfy. Tv in each room is great for everyone when you want a chill moment. The veiw out of the window was magic. The location is great for going to The Making of Harry Potter, 5 mins from train station and shuttle bus. The shower and bath were easy to use and fully loaded with plenty of shower and shampoo products, a plentiful amount of towels for everyone.

Wardrobe door was broken, a door knob fell off, stain on bedroom carpet dishwasher broken. We reported it to the staff at reception, who were lovely and pleased we told them about it. It didn't lessen our enjoyment of the holiday, though.

The location was excellent, easy to get to if travelling by train. The layout was good, plenty of space for 4 adults. The fully equipped kitchen was good, and very clean bathroom. Plenty of plug sockets which can sometimes be annoying when there are too little. A TV in every room.

The sofa bed. This was too small and uncomfortable for sleeping on. Needs a mattress on top of it due to ridge in the middle. Also big bed in the smaller room and smaller bed in the large room made no sense. Only 3 chairs to sit at the table. No aircon, it is needed. No mirrors in the bedrooms for doing hair or makeup, leaving one mirror by the entrance door and the bathroom, bit awkward when 4 people are trying to get ready.

The style of the decor and the setup of the room was fabulous. Even though I didn't have the time to settle in and use the kitchen because I was there for one night, having the option to if I wanted was a bonus. The desk staff at reception were helpful and friendly.

The showerhead is a bit old in an updated decor bathroom so would benefit from an upgrade. The rooms are quite warm, which is good, but when I opened the windows it was on the main road, so quite noisy with cars. Bed needs a mattress topper. These didn't put me off though, I would definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing, right by train station. Beds were huge and very comfortable. The apartment was clean and spacious, I'd happily recommend to anyone. Staff were friendly and being attached to the Holiday Inn was lovely for breakfast.

There honestly weren't many issues. Only slight problem we had was that it was so hot! Obviously it was hot weather but couldn't work out how to use the temperature control. Luckily they did provide a fan which helped a little.
