Great location to connect with Euston. It is under 5mins’ walk door to door to Watford Junctions station. The reception team was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was well equipped.
It’d be really useful to have some more prominent signage to show the location of the serviced apartments. It was my first visit and it took me some time to locate the apartments. The window was sealed and there was no built-in ventilation system in the room. However, there were four electric fans so I was able to get by during by stay in the autumn period. The team told me on my departure that there’s plan to upgrade the windows. As I was not aware that the group hotel located adjacent to the apartments provided out of hours support, I didn’t know where to seek help when a number of fellow residents’ doors making loud noises for a significant period of time around midnight and in the very early morning around 5am.

The room was super clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet and the location was excellent for a tourist like me.
The television had just the regular channels. It wasn’t a smart TV so no Netflix and YouTube. This is unacceptable in 2023

Check in was easy, the apartment was well equipped, it was clean, actually had conditioner for hair which you hardly ever find in hotels! Location is perfect for getting into London.
Noise. There was a group of lads staying on our floor, sounded like next door to us. They came back at 1.45am and made a racket. They were singing happy birthday very loud, cheering, shouting. You can understand some noise in those places such as voices of people coming back after a night out or doors closing but that was ridiculous level of noise and it went on a while. I had no security to phone, i rang the holiday inn but they didnt answer the phone. As a female i wasmt about to leave my room and ask them to quieten down. The staff at the apartments acknowledged my complaint and apologised and advised they would investigate it.

The location was brilliant and perfect for us to go to Harry Potter and to do shopping ect the hotel reception is clean and inviting. Check in was smooth enough, apartment was great and had everything we needed. Plenty of heaters and air conditioners.
The apartment could do with a deep clean, I cut my foot on some glass that haven’t been cleaned up properly, some blood splatter on the walls in bathroom from a previous stay that could of been cleaned up better. We were in room 501 and the boiler started to make loud noise from 11pm till 6am it totally messed up any chance of a good sleep. Sofa had dry food on it. No room attendant to refill sugar and milk or towels

The apartment was perfect for location, right across the road from Watford junction and the bus stop to Harry Potter studios. We had originally planned to use public transport but ended up driving but wouldn’t have been a problem if not. Also only £13 return into London so we saved a lot of money compared to staying in central London. The bed was very big and comfortable too and the space was good for 2 people. Close to the high street as well.
You can’t prebook the parking so cars were parked wherever they could fit blocking cars in, we struggled to get parking the first night when we got back about 8pm. The windows in the apartment were very old and didn’t shut easily plus there was gaps around it so the wind was blowing through so was very cold at night.

The facilities in the room had improved since the last time we stayed. Good quality body wash and shampoo are now being provided. We were also impressed that since we last stayed here, they are now offering breakfast from the Holiday Inn downstairs and using some of the Holiday Inn facilities. Even though we drove to the location, it helped to have the train station 5 down the road.
The cost of parking has just gone up and seems to be getting more prohibitive every time we stay there. The parking costs more than in some locations in Central London. For a serviced apartment, there seemed to be less available, especially in the kitchen, for instance, a dustpan, brush, etc. In 2024, it would be handy to have a Smart TV that has the option of Netflix and other streaming platforms, though this is me being pedantic. Always enjoy staying here.

Very close to watford junction and harry potter shuttle bus stop - staff were lovely and room was well stocked with toiletries, kitchen towels and kitchen equipment. 20 min walk from the high street and 30 min from cassiobury park.
Tv is not a smart one and the hdmi port is at the back and had to take it off the mount to access it and take apart my amazon firestick outer case to get it to work. Fortunately got to watch my shows. One small bathroom light kept flickering. Last person that used the iron - clearly burnt their clothes and didn't scrape it off. Fortunately managed to fix it myself.

Apartment was very lovely. Staff for Livin' as well as Holiday Inn were very helpful with checking in/out and ordering food from the restaurant. We required extra towels which we went downstairs for, and the receptionist personally went to get us some which was nice as we didn't need to wait for someone to bring them up. Food was quite nice, price not horrible either. Iron + Ironing board were provided but not used by us, as well as a hairdryer. Kitchen facilities were good, hot water available. Kitchenware included: small plates, big plates, mugs, cups, pots, pans, cutlery. Microwave was functional and clean. We didn't use the oven but it looked clean. Kettle was also clean with no limescale. Tea bags, sugar and coffee were also provided. Fridge was clean and functional. TV was not SmartTV which would've been nice but not the biggest issue. TV had plenty Freeview channels/radio etc. Overall, the apartment itself was tidy and clean. We paid £8/day for parking, total of £16 for 2 nights, not bad. Not able to hear other residents (unless shouting).
The biggest con in the apartment is the humidity! As soon as we entered it felt quite warm and humid, first order of business was opening the two partial opening windows which helped a little bit. Three fans were provided though, which helped. AC installation would be perfect!

Stayed for one night to visit Harry Potter Studios. Quick and easy check in with very friendly staff. The room was huge and very clean, would be perfect for a longer stay. 3 minute walk to Watford Junction train station where the free shuttle bus will take you to and from Harry Potter Studios. The bus takes around 15 minutes. Enjoyed some drinks in O'Neills right next to the station in the evening and had breakfast at a nearby cafe 'Junction Cafe' which was really affordable but can use the restaurant at the Holiday Inn. The reception closes at 6pm so had to use the Holiday Inn reception which is just round the other entrance. On site parking available
Only down sides was the temperature of the room but 1 large and 1 small tower fan was provided which were quiet and extremely powerful. Also, the shower head needed fixing, the water was spurting out the top effecting the shower pressure and made it nearly impossible to not to get my hair wet

The location was perfect for Watford Junction and the town centre. The room was clean and the linen was what I expected from a serviced room. There were enough utensils in the kitchenette too.
The sofa was uncomfortable. I imagine it can unfold into an extra bed, but for sitting on in the evening, it was quite hard. I would have liked to recycle my rubbish, but the staff said they just put everything into one plastic bag, so not very environmentally friendly.
