Have stayed at this property in its various guises over the years. Really pleased it has re-opened as the Jupiter, it was lovely and clean, comfortable and the continental breakfast was lovely, the pastries were replensished regulary and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The staff were great and were very helpful and friendly.

Small thing, they have a good selection of bottled lagers but a bitter would have been nice as that is my husband's tipple. The kitchen isn't open yet but not surprising as they are newly opened and need more customers to make it worth their while. We were able to eat in Wetherby town centre and in nearby Boston Spa.

Being disabled parking was not near reception, when we arrived problem walking from car to entrance then found the room was quite a long walk for me as by now suffering pain and stress. Staff immediately started to sort it, gave us a room nearer reception, we then found there was not an on site restaurant, and could not face the walk back to the car to go out to eat The staff immediately printed off menus from local restaurants and sent a member of staff to pick up our chosen meal. Never stayed anywhere where staff were so kind and helpful nothing was a bother. Rooms excellent value for money overall extremely satisfied, would stay again

Nothing, everything needed provided in room. At the price could not complain about anything apart from maybe have disabled parking at front of hotel. Could maybe also have an information folder in room.

Location - very close to the A1 but did not hear any road noise. Very close to the centre of Wetherby with pubs and restaurants. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Free bottles of water in the room as well as tea, coffee, etc Quiet - had such a good sleep.

Breakfast was a little limited but it was included in the price so can't really complain and would not put me off booking again.

That is was close to the motorway and easy to find. The room was clean and tidy. It was very quite in the hotel, no noise from the outside.

The hairdryer was not working. I did report this to the staff. We did expect a little more than just a cold continental breakfast. There was no hot chocolate to drink, not in the room or in the dining area.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Location ideal, free parking and only a short walk into Wetherby. Room was clean and had everything that was needed plus more.

Would prefer a cooked breakfast. Bar only stayed open till 9.30pm. The only other thing wrong really was that the shelf in the bathroom was positioned wrong as too close to the sink when having a wash as too close to head when bending down.

The continental breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We needed an extra chair and one was provided and when we asked for an extension lead it was bought to the room quickly.

The place could do with a little TLC, its tired and in need of a lick of paint in places, but the good service received makes up for this shortfall.

Was a bit apprehensive after reading the negative reviews but although the outside was a bit off putting the inside was much better, reception was quick & easy and the room was clean fresh & lovely comfy bed. The toiletries were amazing. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice

There was no hot food available but loads of eateries within 5 minutes walk to town centre

The jupiter was clean and the staff welcoming the location was great and would definitely stay there again, it was definitely value for money over all a very pleasant experience.

No sign on hotel and the general appearance was a little off putting compared to the pictures when booking as the building is looking a little rundown, Needs some serious TLC and maintenance.

Amazing staff, very friendly, helpful and always polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms spotlessly clean. Ample car parking space. Ten minute walk to the town and that was going at a slow pace. Plenty of choice with the breakfast and constantly being refilled.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The room was clean - the bedding was immaculate, staff pleasant and helpful. would stay again.

The Entrance was a bit run down - its looks closed when you first arrive. A bit of paint work would sort. Breakfast was ok but in short supply.
