good breakfast (milk, cereals, tea, coffee, sausages, beans, eggs) good position (bus to Gants Hill underground station - 5 min > underground > centre nearly one hour) good temperature of the room (maybe too hot and we slept with open window)

we told the keycard was not working, they had to change battery of the door but they didn't. Anyway the reception has been always helpful.

Location is good,staff are very good,ready to help l like the breakfast but l do stay away from sausages and bacon for my own reasons. Other that it's a good breakfast with beans,egg and bread

I didn't like that they do not have an option for brown bread and they don't serve porridge too. As for the rooms. The drainage system maybe an old one as at times they do stink.

Typical English breakfast. Nice park near hotel. 10 minutes walking distance to Elizabeth line. Towels was changed everyday. Bathrooms was not new, but was kept clean. Bonus is that that except private WC, shared can be used too ;) Close to the hotel you can find many Turkish restaurants and shops.

The hote is locatef in a good area, near sll the amenities, easy to wslk to, staff was really excellent, always ready to help.

There was'nt enough space to walk between bed and clithes cupboard, not enough trouser hanger, carpet is outdated, need changing, but it was clean, there was some noisy children in rooms near making a little bit too much noise.

For £80 for 2 nights the hotel was great! The staff where so nice and helpful, the hotel itself was super clean and the breakfast was lush ( which was included in the £80). So thanks to the lovely lady who cooked it her manners and respect was above and beyond ! And Thankyou for the lovely cleaner who gave us extra towels and a pillow x There is literally everything on ur door step regards to shops and transport which is handy for anyone traveling for work ect . Will deffo be back next time we need a couple of nights in London ways! Thanks to the staff to!

The only thing that was a tad disappointing was the shower it didn’t work properly! Other then that everything was fab!

How the staff was all friendly from the moment you walked through the door , the lady's doing the rooms to the breakfast everything was perfect. Me and my partner have stayed in the bank numerous times because of those reasons.

The only problem was the toilet flow . But it's really not a big issue

The breakfast need more choice.

The toilet need more hook and bathroom rug.

Well, we had reserved a 2 night stay, however, upon check in, the key to the building was working. It took a while for the staff to sort it out and give us another room.. However, our room was quite spacious, a triple room. Bathroom was nice and clean, great space.. Great parking space. Good breakfast, could be improved with more options. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, great stay

The check in process was problematic

breakfast was excellent. Room had tea and coffee making facilities. Train station within 5 minutes walk and shops are local

London water has an odour - although we could open the window it would have been an excellent stay if the room was air conditioned, didn't help that the days we were there were in the 30 degree temperatures

I was quite surprised because reviews were not good. But hotel was clean, with comfy beds and shower had hot water. Staff was polite and breakfast was good to its price. We had nice visit in this good location.

Noise during night were made by a noisy doors on the corridor. They are designed to slap when closing. Some of the things were broken in the room - window and TV.
