The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Windsor.

Breakfast was ok but could have used a few more options. No place to sit outside as smokers took over outdoor patio.

Stayed here about 4-5 years ago for the first time when traveling with my child to LEGO Land Windsor. Was pleasantly surprised with value for money back then and had a perfect stay for a week. This year decided to choose Holiday Inn Experss for a week long trip to Windsor during Christmas/New Year's holidays. The place has never disappointed. Tidy, comfortable rooms, absolutely lovey staff (many thanks to the reception personnel for being very responsive to additional requests and help whenever required), great breakfasts. The place is perfectly located for local sightseeings and walks as well as perfectly connected to LEGO Land, Heathrow and for exploring the neighbourhood.

The hotel was very well located for Windsor, and the staff were excellent and very friendly/helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them.

The kitchen and dining room is currently being renovated, therefore there is no cooked breakfasts available - a shame as that is one of my perks of staying in a hotel. This meant a very basic breakfast (made of numerous items), which we had to collect from reception and bring to our room to eat. This was the only negative aspect of our stay. NB The renovation should be finished by March 2025.

The hotel was located in a great area. Right next to the main center of town with shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were flexible with check in and check out and we were able to stay until 2pm for check out! That was much appreciated as our taxi was not coming until 2:30pm and it was a rainy cold day. Breakfast was good. Better than expected. The rooms were small, but it was fine for 1 night. They were able to hold some of our luggage as having 6 large suitcases in the room would be too difficult. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was quite small, but I guess that is to be expected for England.

- There was only one towel hook in the bathroom and a towel rail, but it wasn't enough. The hook was tiny and badly placed and we couldn't have a face cloth AND a couple of shower towels drying at the same time. -I would have liked better quality pillows -I would have liked for the air conditioning to be on in the night, as it got a bit chilly -The hair dryer lead is very small, and I had to stretch it when drying my head

Excellent location, with a view of Windsor Castle from our room and main places of interest, shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance, and easy drive to Heathrow airport. Excellent breakfast with good choices and fiendly, helpful staff. Reception desk staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and anticipate our needs and questions without us having to ask, eg giving us very clear directions and demonstrations. Having off road parking was great. Room was speacious and very clean.

Having off street parking was great but having slightly wider parking bays would have been helpful - but all the positives more than compensated for this.

First of all it smelt amazing! Had a nice reception area & small outside terrace. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and genuine. It was very clean, it was in good condition, Room had everything included with a nice bathroom. Impressed it had toiletries to use and an iron & board.

When you enter the carpak you need to press a buzzer at the TOP of the ramp but this is not clear and most people including myself drive down the ramp only to have to reverse back up to press the button which raises the barrier. Also the property doesn’t look appealing from the outside and doesn’t represent what it’s like inside.

Great location, clean, welcoming reception and breakfast area. Very comfortable room, super clean. Lovely shower and huge TV in room with fast wifi. Quiet inside. Lift for easy access. Parking on site if needed. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection really good and caters for allergies - very helpful with gluten intolerance.

We’d booked a room with 2 single beds, if available, but got one king which was totally fine (and very comfortable). Parking is also £15 per night but is hard to find right across Windsor!

Hotel was excellent, the property looked liked it had been recently decorated as paint looked fresh, decor was modern and clean. The property was in the perfect location between Lego land and Windsor castle, both places we visited during our stay. Is within walking distance to the castle and main Windsor centre. Taxis are easy to get and come within a few minutes. Would highly recommend

Would have preferred breakfast to be on slightly later during midweek, but minor issue. As to have the breakfast included is great
