Caroline, the owner, was fantastic and always ready to help in any way. The breakfast options were plenty to choose from and so delicious. Bed was quite comfy. The entire place is simply charming. Again, Caroline was just the best host one could ask for. I would enjoy being able to stay there again in the future.

Only one minor thing and it was probably my timing. On only one occasion, the shower water was either way too hot or way too cold and i had to be quick to get out of the way of spray. More than likely I decided to take a shower when everyone else decided same! Again, a minor inconvenience

Very generous carering from the owner, Caroline. Breakfast was made by her and on request: eggs (done any way you want), bacon, tea, toast, etc. Refilling the tea set and replacing towels when out during the day was very much appreciated too. She even gave me some gauze and bandage tape after I fell and scraped my knee! Good consistent wifi, clean and comfortable room, not too noisy despite being just off a busy road, and it's right across the street from a decent pub. Right near a bus stop where you can get to the castle/LHR airport, or arrive after getting off at the train station.

Shower was somewhat weak and difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

The customer service received from Caroline was exceptional. There was nothing she wouldn't do to make the stay comfortable. When showing us the room, she noticed a light had gone out in the bathroom and this was fixed by the next day! The breakfast was delicious and had generous portions. The attention to detail was impossible to fault. The room, shower, bathroom and bedding were all spotlessly clean.

There was nothing to dislike. The TV in the room kept losing signal intermittently, but we didn't stay in the room for long other than to shower and sleep. I have to admit, I felt the price was a little steep until I arrived and received the service we did.

Host was lovely. Room was super comfortable. Location was great. Cleaned daily and fresh complimentaries daily. Breakfast was good great selection and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were really comfortable but needed firmer pillows

Hot tap in bathroom really stiff may need a plumber to sort it. Tv in the room positioning not great. Could have used firmer pillows but im nit picking. Was a great stay and for the for the first time I slept well every night I was there which has never happened on a break away ever!

Clean and tidy with lots of additional features. Breakfast plentiful and with options. Garden parking area nicely laid out with lots of parking. For a group like ours where each couple drove separately, an extra couple of spaces would be handy, but it’s an easy option to shuffle cars if need be. Extractor in bathroom could be connected to the light so it comes on automaticallly for ease of use and the odd dim guest.

I liked everything. A couple of small maintenance issues will soon rear their head but for now everything is fine. Clean and welcoming and friendly

All information given ie; breakfast times, taxi numbers etc. Room was very well presented and clean, staff very attentive when needed. Cooked Breakfast made to your specific choices and lots of fruit, cereal, pastry, toast etc laid out if u fancied some and all was fresh. Room was cosy and the Ensuite was lovely as well as all the little extras like, soap, hand gel, tea and coffee etc. Fantastic location for visiting Windsor Castle and cost less than a £10 to get into Windsor itself by taxi. Such a well loved business and it shows in the fine details. Will absolutely visit again.

Personal choice the mattress was too firm

Caroline was a wonderful host. Very friendly, helpful and most professional. The breakfast was excellent, as was the room, the bathroom, the bed and the little extras such as bathrobes, slippers and the beautiful Denbyware crockery in the dining room. The general ambiance of Park Farm is warm and welcoming, it's spotlessly clean and it's just a delightful place to stay!

I hardly like to say this and I don't want to sound picky, but a little more variety of fruit would have been nice at breakfast.

Fantastic B & B. Everything about this property was top drawer. Furniture in room was really nice. We had a lovely breakfast and our host, Caroline, was just wonderful. Told us about local restaurants and we had to go into London and gave us advice on what was the easiest way to get to the station. We had to leave early to get to Heathrow and they opened the dining area early for us. Nothing seemed to difficult for them.

We stayed in the Lodge so we had had a lovely private space. It’s charming and lovely and clean. Caroline is a wonderful and professional host. Directions were good, and parking is easy. Breakfast was delicious with really good quality products and there’s plenty of it.

The Lodge sits right against the road, which is a busy junction, and there’s traffic noise. Caroline does provide earplugs but I can’t get on with them. It was a warm weekend so we found leaving the fan on helped.

Caroline is lovely. This was our second stay here and definitely not our last. Comfortable clean rooms, good shower pressure, a place to park, and a good selection of both continental and cooked options for breakfast. 30 minute walk to the town but we drove and parked at Riverside Station all day for around £6. There’s a little shop and a pub right across the street. We walked about 10 minutes up the road from the B&B to experience The Gurkha Royale Restaurant--a Nepalese/Indian/Oriental recommended restaurant, which was incredible.
