They didn’t have breakfast

The location was good. the room was clean and comfortable.

In a 4 day stay, perhaps one visit by housekeeping would have been nice, but I never saw any evidence of it. I had a very early departure my last day, so I tried to settle up my incidentals the evening prior. The front desk staff told me they couldn’t do it then, but assured me that someone would be available very early in the morning. The next morning there was nobody to be found. I wandered the offices and knocked on all the “staff only” doors. Nothing. I left a note. So nobody in the lobby, no keycard needed to enter the building and no keycard needed for the elevators. In this day and age, how safe is that?

The hotel was nice and quiet, the area was felt so safe, and the room was beautiful.

My room had a lot of dust in it on the nightstand with the clock and radio, which I thought was odd for this hotel. Also, the bathroom was so tiny. I am small but I could barely fit in there without having to squeeze behind the door to close the door to access the toilet. Sink was not in the bathroom because it was so tiny.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in the hotel. He explained about the breakfast times and WiFi. The rooms were very clean and so nice. The walk in shower was great and the shower glass was so clean. The breakfast was above a "free" continental breakfast. The breakfast choices were hot diced potatoes, scrabbled eggs, sausage, breakfast burritos, hot oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt with all of the toppings, juice, and coffee. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. It exceeded our standards.

very nice large room for a good price and very clean

THE PILLOWS . Way too soft and flattened out quickly and couldnt get comfortable and woke up with a sore neck. The couch was a bit hard but probably because it was a sofa bed.

I like how there was enough room for the entire family to have their individual spaces. Plus, the design of the hotel was very modern and streamlined. The property had great customer service!

They were doing construction and it got a little noisy but other than that there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

all good except my room smelled like someone smoked weed. it was really a strong odor . I told front desk and they were aware also strong odor in elevator ,

Safe location. Wonderful rooms. Clean, comfortable, and spacious! Great price as well. The staff were all kind and welcoming. Will pin this one to stay at again!

It was very clean spacious, quiet, the gentleman who checked my family in was awesome (very pleasant, kind, helpful & respectful. If I got back I will definitely stay here again.
