I loved the fact that upon entering the facility, there was an immediate scent of cleaning products. I was able to see and smell that the facility was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and able to accommodate myself and 2 children without feeling cramped. Above all I loved the customer service, Mr. Monroe and his staff are excellent. Each person that I can in contact was courteous and helpful, and they gave the sense that they were truly wanting to gain return business. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about my stay or experience.

The elevator occasionally made a noise but nothing major.

Monroe was the absolute friendliest staff ever!! He was so pleasant, especially to some very particularly rude patrons. To the people that expect a five star dining experience from a free hotel continental breakfast, perhaps you should lower your expectations a bit. To Monroe, you are a class act!! The room was great, fluffy pillows, and plenty of space. Great pit stop for us on our way to the beach!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, hotel could use a deep clean, but we were traveling during the busiest season.

The eggs and bagel were okay. Didn't like the sausage. Not well cooked. The waffle machine was too much of a hassle and a long wait to use.

There was no slicer to slice the bagel. A plastic knife took up too much time and strength. The coffee had no taste. So we only ate breakfast one day and chose to eat out for breakfast the remainder of our stay.

Very nice hotel for the price, comfortable, decent breakfast and nice to watch premier league soccer in reception after breakfast. Pity that wasn't visiting long so I could have tried the pool.

Had some issue with prepayment and it could have been nice with bacon for breakfast.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff, great location, breakfast variety. This is the kind of place where people who are easy to please should stay. The value for the money is impossible to beat and the pillows are dreamy.

Water pressure was lacking, pack n play was dusty from storage

The bed was comfortable, and the location was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast selection could be better. The milk was Lukewarm, only could make waffles on sunday morning, and needs more options other than O.J, which tasted old.

My receipt did not have my address on it. I needed it so that I could recoup some of the cost for my stay. But your staff said that they could not print a receipt with my address on it, because I used a third party for booking.

the bed was super Soft and comfortable I love it and I had made it hr or so earlier for checking in and the manager or receptionist on duty was awesome enough to let me check in earlier nice location and quite will be back

The property was clean and had been renovated.

The property was fine. I think the price was a little inflated for the area. There were no safe places to walk. (No sidewalks and construction in the area.) I like to take long walks every morning.

Lot of room space and the breakfast there.

We had a little problem trying to figure out the TV set up. No one could answer my question about the setup. The next day we were able to fix it. The problem got resolved.
