nice size room, had everything that I needed just about. the bed, tv and appliances were very nice colors. I do like this hotel alot.

some sheets weren’t all the way clean. fridge wasn’t plugged in, I didn’t like that my room was upstairs, but I do understand that it was thanksgiving weekend. I also didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a plunger just in case I needed one. I also didn’t get why when I booked my stay online it gave me one price with taxes and everything else included, but when I checked in to the lobby I was charged a little bit more. I hate that you guys don’t have jetted or spa baths those would be nice.

The room was actually cleaner then any hotel I have been to in prattville AL.The workers were very friendly we even left something behind when we left and they called us to come pick it up I thought that was just amazing will most definitely be coming here for more stays plus bonus they gave us extra towels I didn’t have to ask for them they were in our room that’s was most definitely a plus .

Around checkout time I feel as if we are rushed to get out.

Breakfast was really nice and always on time. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. There are so many different shops and restaurants nearby you will be fine even if you forget to pack something.

The pool was closed the entire 3 night stay (mainly due to weather) and there are no elevators.

The professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They were super friendly from the host to the maids.

The pool was not clean. The filters were packed and it had not been skimmed. The blue tiles around the sides were in need of a proper cleaning.

It was convenient to the restaurants and shops I wanted to go to. Staff was pleasant.

The only thing I didn't like was I had to park about 3 parking places down from my room but other than that everything was great. I needed to walk anyway.

Everything was great. But we were told we could have joining rooms but when we got there there were non available. I was really disappointed. Other than that it was good.

There were no elevators Great over all.

Nice little breakfast each day to get started. I was concerned they might not have it with covid and the work they were doing in the lobby. But was quite happy to see they still offered breakfast.

My room was very clean. I came to spend time with my son for his 28th bday. We ate and went to look at the pumpkins downtown Prattville. Lots to do in Prattville and very close to stores and restaurants.

The breakfast was not what was expected the choices was sausage link, and 1 waffle iron to service the customers. Eggs and toast would have made it a lot better

Room was clean had a mini fridge a microwave cold air-conditioned. Restaurants nearby and Walmart across the street. Access to anything you could want. And the swimming pool 30 feet from my door. Like a little slice of heaven if only for a night.
