Super 8 by Wyndham Prattville Montgomery

room was great, what makes this hotel standout is the cleanliness and atmosphere you do not feel like your are in Alabama, more like along the coast in Florida. The pools was open, they had porch swings set up to relax in and the vegetation presentation is the best I have seen in Alabama

Room Assignment. They gave me a handi-cap room which was alright but location by hall, washing machine, and vending was quite noisy . Also the kids at the hotel kept ringing my door bell

It kinda felt like a home away from home, I have family here in Prattville and I love to visit every chance I get. The check out time is amazing, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was great! The area is convenient as well.

Well late night the gas station is closed, they have a vending machine very old one at that but almost everything was sold out, drink wise anyways so I tried to get my $5 and it just kept it but other than that absolutely love the location

The only issue ... I had discovered with Super 8 (Prattville,AL) ... and ... Please note that I have stayed at this facility several times a long with other friends ... who did refer me along with others ... THE WATER TEMPERATURE FOR SHOWERING WAS NOT EVEN WARM ...

The property was very clean, tidy and so much more than we could’ve ever imagined. The staff and helpers were all very kind and certainly made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning soon. 10/10 ❤️

I enjoyed it all, although maybe extending a checkout time to around 2 pm would be fantastic if in anyway possible. Checking out of a wonderful stay is always the hardest part, because you always feel you could use just s little extra time in the room to gather your items and pamper yourselves and relax a little, but other than that, 10/10 ❤️ Will be back for more stays here without a doubt.

The staff was awesome. I booked the wrong day my fault. The lady on the phone was awesome she switched the day for me and was super friendly. The room was clean and a good value. The staff was very good also dealing with us needing to check in late.

One of the rooms we rented the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut for some reason. The breakfast was nice but could have some more food. The ice machine didn't work.

I absolutely loved staying here, because of the staff! They were very nice, respectful and accommodating! I went down to ask for extra days right before my check out time and they were absolutely the best! I recommend this place to everyone!! I felt safe even though I was alone.

The only thing I do have a complaint about was this person that the kept setting their car alarm off for 5 minutes! But that was it, handled and ended soon! There was also a guest grilling each night but I did love the smell lol!

Very modern style rooms. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly professional staff. They accommodated all of my requests. This visit exceeded my expectations.

I think customers would like a washer and dryer on the second floor. One set on the first floor may not accompany a high capacity night. And the convenience of having a washer/dryer on the second floor would be appreciated by second floor guests.

location and the cleanliness of the property

seem to have poor drainage in tub/shower. water fills up in tub while taking a shower and takes a while to drain out

Our clothes were removed from washer & dryer during the ongoing cycles & a note attached stating " too loud- you finish in the morning.. . Front desk mngmt.

Everything was great from my checkin to my checkout. I had to leave earlier than planned due to family emergency back home and the receptionist had me checkout by the time I got to office . I enjoyed myself tremendously. Thank you !
