room was great, what makes this hotel standout is the cleanliness and atmosphere you do not feel like your are in Alabama, more like along the coast in Florida. The pools was open, they had porch swings set up to relax in and the vegetation presentation is the best I have seen in Alabama

Room Assignment. They gave me a handi-cap room which was alright but location by hall, washing machine, and vending was quite noisy . Also the kids at the hotel kept ringing my door bell

The only issue ... I had discovered with Super 8 (Prattville,AL) ... and ... Please note that I have stayed at this facility several times a long with other friends ... who did refer me along with others ... THE WATER TEMPERATURE FOR SHOWERING WAS NOT EVEN WARM ...

seem to have poor drainage in tub/shower. water fills up in tub while taking a shower and takes a while to drain out

It kinda felt like a home away from home, I have family here in Prattville and I love to visit every chance I get. The check out time is amazing, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was great! The area is convenient as well.

Well late night the gas station is closed, they have a vending machine very old one at that but almost everything was sold out, drink wise anyways so I tried to get my $5 and it just kept it but other than that absolutely love the location

The metal piece on side of bed, I had to cover it with a towel.

It was quiet, clean and economic.

Nothing! Everything was up to par. The manager/owner even gave up his personal parking spot to us, that was definitely a plus in our book!

Everything was great from my checkin to my checkout. I had to leave earlier than planned due to family emergency back home and the receptionist had me checkout by the time I got to office . I enjoyed myself tremendously. Thank you !

The staff was awesome. I booked the wrong day my fault. The lady on the phone was awesome she switched the day for me and was super friendly. The room was clean and a good value. The staff was very good also dealing with us needing to check in late.

One of the rooms we rented the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut for some reason. The breakfast was nice but could have some more food. The ice machine didn't work.
