The property was clean and neat and modern.

The property would not honor the Booking.com price. It wasn’t a lot more but I had never had this happen before.

The price was very reasonable and it was peaceful!

The guy at the front desk seemed to be really annoyed when we asked for towels, because we accidentally used our room towels at the pool, I really didn't know, so I just continued to apologize for our mistake because, He was like "it's on the sign in your room". After that he said nothing else, it was all body language and the look of frustration. I felt so guilty for also having to ask for extra shampoo, but I really needed it.He was definitely over us!.*Don't use room towels at the pool and don't ask for extra things 😅

We enjoyed a pleasant 1 night stay while traveling for work. The hotel was quiet and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and professional. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and was obviously working hard to keep the breakfast area stocked and clean as well as assisting guests. We travel a lot and this is the first hotel that had an actual real breakfast since all the 'Rona shut downs. We were very thankful for that! Biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, muffins etc. Coffee was very good. The room was large and clean. We enjoyed access to HBO. This hotel is very close to anything you might need in Prattville, including being right behind Longhorn Steakhouse (which you can get a 10% discount at).

The beds were hard, and we never could get the free wi-fi to work no matter which device we tried to connect to it on. We didn't have much time for stuff like that so we did not bother to ask for help. So for us it wasn't an issue, but it may be for others.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location as far as restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was exceptional. The guy receptionist was a character, I enjoyed him. The view in the mornings was great. I had a great weekend.

The only thing that bothered me was the bed. The bed frame was squeaking every movement I made, and the mattress was too soft for me. I'm a firm mattress person. One more thing, not enough pillows. Next time, I'll ask for more.

The front desk staff (both day and night) shift were wonderful! The day front desk lady helped me fix the tv and she was wonderful! Very personable and helpful. The night front desk lady helped me with a concern about another guest that was being improper. I had a great stay and will continue to come there whenever I’m traveling to the area.

Newer tvs and remotes

The night clerk on duty for Saturday and Sunday night was extremely professional and accommodating. I do not recall the individuals name, but He went above and beyond, being that I left my truck key and was able to leave it for my team member to pick up because I had to report back the next day. He was also very funny and extremely friendly. He acknowledged myself even though he was assisting two other customers. I will definitely stay again and purposely come at night so he can check me in! GREAT customer service.

Easy access to to everything. Nice, clean, cameras and light (felt safe).

Bed is spring and pillows are hard/heavy- can be comfortable for some but not for all. If you’re sensitive to smells, the rooms are very overpowering in scent; there was no open window that we could push to air it out either. We left our fan on to do the airing out for us; gave us a migraine (the smell) and made us feel sick.

Cleanliness, staff is friendly and glad we are there, highly responsive to requests, very comfortable beds, nice room design (king suite), convenient parking and access. Nicely done!

Very little to say here - breakfast was a little weak in some ways {mainly the eggs (I’m being picky here, I know)}. The wi-fi seemed weak, on the third floor at least.

Very nice clean hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast. Hotel has swimming pool which is not being used that much, so you can be in your own privacy. Great and comfortable beds and pillows. Numerous amount of good restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and stay in my next visit

The staff was all friendly except one person in the daytime at the front desk. Everyone else there was very nice. The house keeping staff were so nice and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Extremely clean and no bugs...
