I highly recommend staying here to anyone that's looking to stay at a comfortable and affordable hotel. I so loved the location of this hotel, because it was close to everything I needed. The staff and everything else about this hotel were excellent.

There's absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

The location is really good and the suites beds were very comfortable. I have really bad back problems but I slept through the whole night without tossing or turning. Thumbs up on the beds and rooms on 4/4/23. Was very peaceful.

The pool and jacuzzi area were closed. For the price paid for the night I expected all to be open, working and included. Big disappointment there.

They had a very good breakfast, that changed every day. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The hot tub was cold on the first night we arrived, and they closed the entire pool and hot tub down for maintenance, the kids were disappointed that they couldn’t swim for the other nights. I wish they could’ve at least kept the pool open.

The breakfast was good. I loved the yogurt and granola option. My daughter had the waffles. I could eat more I would've had the hot meal you offer like the eggs and potatoes and much more. I must say Staybridge offers a lot for breakfast!

That the coffee bar wasn't open all day.

Excellent hotel!! Room was great! Bed, kitchen and bathroom was awesome!! Staff was very helpful and friendly!!

I booked the hotel with the intention that we would get a free hot breakfast every morning. Not the case because of COVID precautions, which I fully understand. I feel that you could have still served a hot breakfast and had your staff serve the customers. Instead we got a breakfast that you would get at a gas station, in a sack, delivered to our room. When we talked to the front desk about it, she said they are just trying to get rid of the supplies and that hot breakfast would resume after that. Was not happy to hear that. Like I mentioned, one of the main reasons I booked your hotel is because of the hot breakfast buffet. Very disappointed!! I do feel that I paid to much for my stay for that reason.

Hotel was nice. I little older, but clean. The staff went out of their way to provide transportation. We had to leave the hotel to catch our flight at 3:45 in the morning. They paid for the taxi. They were very accomodating.

The hotel / staff management were right on point on everything that made me feel at home. Good clean rooms, friendly helpful staff everyday that I was there. Good location, very good breakfast each day and most of all the family friendly staff that work there.I will surely stay there again in the future.

Breakfast was pretty good but definitely need more vegetables for the 5:30pm to 7 pm dinner

The cream chair in our room was stained and dirty looking and definitely need a laundry on each level and on each end

Location, centrally located, great view of the city or mountains depending on which side you are on

it was quiet, the rooms were comfortable

there was leftover trash and someone’s shirt in the room when we arrived. The pool was quite cold, the hot tub water jets weren’t working. other then that it was alright.
