Home2 Suites by Hilton Anchorage/Midtown

I liked how everything is accessible. I also liked the room. It has kitchen and kitchen stuff I don't usually see in hotels with the same price point. I also like that the staff are very accommodating. The pool is a plus point. It has floaty available for kids. I forgot to bring one for my other child and I was so glad they have one available.

Nothing really! I was happy with my stay at the hotel.

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. Property was clean and quiet. Wish they would have had the outdoor fireplace going at night.

The breakfast was not up to par with other Home2Suite locations that I have stayed at in the past. The room was great but the lock on the pocket door for the bathroom was broken (I was the only one in there so I didn't use it). The shampoo and body wash dispensers are cheaply made and the front falls off of the when trying to pump the product out of them.

The rooms I've had here always exceed the price paid. They're spacious with unique items like actual black out curtains, basic utensils for cooking, and a curtain to separate the bed from the living room area. The staff has always been polite and helpful, as well as accommodating. Although it's by C street, the traffic is hardly a bother.

This isn't a common occurrence, but this last stay I noticed the room wasn't as clean. There was hair left from the previous client in the shower and on the bathroom tiles. And the water had a weird smell to it, so I opted to drink bottle water instead of from the tap.

Yevett working the breakfast bar was extremely hospitable, helpful and went Above and Beyond by chasing me down when my family and I headed towards our vehicle to see if the bag left by the coffee bar was ours. It was. Our son forgot it there. Thank you so much Yevett! Staff at the front desk and housekeeping was very friendly and patient which I appreciated and our room was clean and inviting.

Location, prices and comfortable. Walking distance from few restaurants, Walmart, ihop, Starbucks etc. Grill available for guest and full kitchen with refrigerator, plates, glassware etc (ask for countertops stove)

Room location don’t stay close to the elevator mechanical room (room#113). If you want to sleep. Grab and go breakfast (two days and your done). It’s best to eat out for breakfast. Due to Covid regular breakfast was suspended. Ask about hotel shuttle back and forth to the airport (taxi) because no one will volunteer the information.

Rooms were modern and spacious, love the full size fridge and kitchen amenities! hot tub was a treat, rooms were quiet, heard minimal noise from street or other guests.

Bathroom door latch was broken a door kept rolling open, hot tub and pool was nice but so small, as soon as 4 or 5 people were in there it was crowded, bed was a little too firm.

I love this hotel. I've stayed here previously and it was clean and comfortable each time. The staff is awesome, especially Keke! Its close to virtually everything.

The gentleman serving breakfast was very kind! Always upbeat and there to greet us in the morning.

Charged the wrong fees twice. Often a shortage of fruit at breakfast. The first room that I stayed in had urine on the toilet seat when I arrived but other than that seemed clean. The noise level the first night was awful. The rest of the stay was fairly quiet.

Friendly and homey atmosphere, amazing staff -- very helpful and supportive! Special thanks to Elisapeta who did her best to made me feel home :) I'm definitely planning to stay there next time in Anchorage.

The property was easily accessible. Super friendly staff. Wonderful amenities both inside and outside of our hotel room. The space exceeded our expectations and we were so very happy to stay here again. I always look forward to staying at a Home2Suites.

The price was not that traveler friendly but we made it work because we trust the property.
