Very easy to find, convenient and comfortable. With Covid going on they still accommodated us with breakfast on the go and I thought that was extremely helpful. The room was clean and we slept well. The hotel staff was above and beyond! Very welcoming and helped you with anything needed
That they don't clean rooms or provide room services before 5 days. They havs a sign that states "they clean rooms only after 5 days of stay". Never heard of that but Nothing really more after that. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay

thought we had we got the room with the jacuzzi tub but you have to call in advance and reserve it which was fine. the front desk said the pool was open but there was a sign on the door and they couldn’t get a hold of maintenance. they said we could use the sister hotels swimming pool across the way but we decided it was a hassle. we booked it mostly for the swimming pool. still a nice stay overall

Exceptionally polite and helpful staff. My relatives flew in to Anchorage at 2 am and your shuttle service was excellent and timely. I was pleasantly surprised. The room appeared to have undergone a recent facelift, attractively appointed, quiet and restful. Breakfast was more than adequate.

The breakfast was good. The location is a little out of the way, but they have a free airport shuttle and a reasonable shuttle to downtown. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Value for Money. Hotel was clean and new! Grab and go breakfast was a great alternative for these Covid times.
Shower curtain was missing in one of rooms, hair dryer was not working in the other room - both of these were fixed right away, but these basic amenities should have been checked. AC vents were so loud, we had to turn off the system in order to sleep.

Our granddaughter spent four hours in the pool. We liked that it was open until 11 PM. We just wanted a simple, clean room and access to an indoor pool. We were very pleased.
The hot tub wasn’t hot in the morning.
