The location was great, close to lots of restaurants and the airport. The amenities were also great; each room has a mini kitchen that includes a large fridge, microwave, stove and sink. The laundry facilities were convenient and not overly expensive. For what you pay per night; these rooms are an excellent value.

Would have been nice to have breakfast included but not a deal breaker.

-Plenty of free parking. We came back at all hours and were always able to easily find a parking space. -Close to lots of restaurants. -Close to lots of stores such as Walmart, Lowes and AK Frost. -Close to highways, Anchorage attractions & downtown. -Clean. -Comfortable. -Felt safe. -Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. -Quick and easy check in/check out. -AC worked very well. -Room had a stove top, microwave, fridge and freezer. -Dishes and cutlery supplied as well as dish dry rack, dish towels and dish soap. -Closet in restroom. -Full length mirror in restroom. -Had an iron and ironing board. -Also had a laundry basket for use with bringing down towels. -Full laundry room downstairs ($2 wash, $2 dry & $1.50 for single serve detergent packs). -Vending machines in the laundry room included snacks and sandwiches, etc.

-That there was no free breakfast. -The pull out sofa was smaller than full size so I don't see how that would comfortably accommodate 4 people. -Could feel the springs on the pull out sofa mattress but it wasn't too bad. -Expensive for what it is but for that area and time of year, a good deal. -No USB outlets. -Outlets on the lamps were a bit wonky (worked occasionally) but they did have wall outlets that worked well. -Credit card function on vending machines did not work on 2 out of 3. -1 dryer did not dry clothes all the way. -It would have been better to have a mirror outside of the restroom (multiple people getting ready and no mirror outside of restroom). - No lock on restroom door

The Aspen Suites is consistent with its offerings. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a basic kitchen. You know what to expect when you stay here. Some locations are more centrally located to downtown centers than others. This particular property is not, so having a car to go into town is important. Quick and easy drive to the airport. There is a Starbucks and a Bear Paw Bar & Grill Restaurant located across the street.

Was not happy with the coffee maker and coffee provided in the room. Fortunately there was a Starbucks next door.

Loved the staff, super helpful, when we did ask for stuff or more service they were very nice about it. i love the location, it was next to bear paw which was a great restaurant which we also got a discount to for staying there, loved it especially for the price.

I wish we got cleaning service a bit more than once in our 10 day stay! we grocery shopped a lot and shopped in general a lot so we had a lot of trash buildup and took a lot of showers from being active all day and only got change of towels once, we also needed to ask for toilet paper bc it wasn’t stocked!

We discovered the Aspen Suites Hotel as we were winding down our trip in Alaska. It is close to everything in Anchorage. Clean, comfortable and affordable. We did not use the kitchen but it had everything you need to store and prepare food. There was a comfortable seating area and queen size bed in our suite. The bathroom was roomy and had ample towels and products for the shower. Pillows and linens were very nice and the mattress was a comfy one! The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming when we checked in.

There was nothing to dislike at the Aspen Suites Hotel!

Nice, clean roomy rooms. I was happy to receive a room despite the very unexpectedly early check in time. Situated in midtown area was a good choice for me, but it might be a bit out of the way for sightseeing and services. There's no restautant in the hotel, but the Bear Paw restaurant is very close and well worth the visit.

No breakfast available, but there's a Starbucks next door. Very limited number of restaurants or cafes nearby. I would've preferred liquid hand washing soap instead the bar soap available in the rest room

It delivered just what it promised. One of the cheapest hotel, but accessible to the main roads, free parking, well-equipped kitchen. There is no breakfast available though. But good restaurants and Starbucks around

although it was saying queen size bed, it was smaller than that. Housekeeping service is once a week, since we stayed for 4 nights, we didn’t get this service

The price was much lower than the "high end" hotels but Aspen Suites was just as good, if not better than the high end hotels . Good communication. We arrived after midnight and security was right there to let us in.

The staff was exceptional! The manager and staff helped me with an unseen problem in my booking that I created. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a fitness area. Even though there is no breakfast on site there is a Starbucks next door and multiple breakfast options within walking distance. Coffee and tea are available in reception area. Hotel has been very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Good room size and bathroom. Restaurant next door ( Bear paw) had good food . Although we didn't have a car, there is ample parking nearby. Reception staff help book taxis - which were always prompt. Coffee in the foyer. Nice toiletries. AC worked well.

Location - far from downtown and no public transport nearby. Needed a taxi to get anywhere from here. No supermarket or convenience store nearby. Sheets on top of duvets - instead of proper duvet covers. Reception is not 24 hrs. Wardrobe space limited.
