Good room size and bathroom. Restaurant next door ( Bear paw) had good food . Although we didn't have a car, there is ample parking nearby. Reception staff help book taxis - which were always prompt. Coffee in the foyer. Nice toiletries. AC worked well.

Location - far from downtown and no public transport nearby. Needed a taxi to get anywhere from here. No supermarket or convenience store nearby. Sheets on top of duvets - instead of proper duvet covers. Reception is not 24 hrs. Wardrobe space limited.

Room size was great. Bathroom was very clean and large. Made use of the luggage carts and elevator as we had multiple bags. Great to have a refrigerator in the room. I would stay there again if in town.

Not clear what to do with the dirty dishes. There was no dish soap or towels so I assumed we should just rinse them and leave them in the sink, which is what we did. Even the maid who came in to change the bedding as we were leaving was not sure what we should do with them. Must be other cleaners who take care of them.

Great location and the room was comfortable and quiet

The head of housekeeping was rude. Right at 11am a housekeeper knocked on the door and I told her I was waiting for my son who would be there in a couple of minutes. When he showed up ,who I assumed was a supervisor knocked on the door seconds after he arrived, told us to leave immediately as they needed to clean the room right now. She was extremely rude and treated me like I was criminal. So much for customer service!! There were numerous rooms to clean on the same floor and I find it very hard to believe that they needed to clean the room I was in that minute. Especially when I was only a couple of minutes past the checkout time.

Friendly staff. Basic, outdated "motel" like accomodation, but clean and well located in mid-town. Good value for money.

bad checkin experience -- made reservation through booking.com, but that confirmed reservation did not show up in the hotel booking system. Staff could not check me in . Had to book another room (fortunately that was vacancy), and cancelled that original booking.com reservation. Staff was helpful and spend over 30mins trying to resolve the issue.

I chose this hotel primarily because I needed a full size freezer because I was traveling with frozen goods that needed to stay frozen. Some of the booking websites were vague about freezer size, and thankfully when I booked the site with the comment of needing a full size freezer, someone from Aspen Suites got back to me almost immediately saying yes, the freezer would be full size. I appreciated their prompt response. The room was also clean and stocked with cups, plates, etc which was nice.

The room was big, comfortable, and clean. The staff was kind. There were several restaurants in walking distance and a Starbucks next door.

The room was good. There is basically no lobby, which is not a deal breaker, but if you are waiting on a ride, there isn't really much space to wait. If you don't have a car it is a ways from downtown. There is a bus stop pretty close by though.

Front desk day staff was super friendly. Easy check in. Room was clean, large, like a small apartment with complete kitchenette! Convenient, safe, clean location.

Evening shift front desk staff was not as friendly when I asked a question. She seemed irritated and not interested in helping me. For the price, I would have liked to see a breakfast buffet.

The room was clean and functional for what we wanted. The kitchenette was wonderful - fully stocked with a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, stove, refrigerator. It had everything we needed to stock our food for the night.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and could probably use a replacement, but it was a quick short stay and we just needed a place to rest our heads before hitting the airport the next morning. The room was a little warm as well, but probably user error in not turning down the AC. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Front desk very helpful and polite, liked the cleanliness of the rooms

I definitely was frustrated that housekeeping came knocking on the door at 9 am. Having been in the hotel industry on the management side, I recall that front desk reported to the housekeeping via radio when people checked out. We had a long day and night so the 9 am knock was incredibly frustrating for my other half while I was at an appointment, it woke up our toddler. The other is very minor- I was bummed there wasn't the option of smart TV log on for prime video. But that has no bearing on the scoring.

Great location. Tracie/Tracy was most often at the desk and she was wonderful! The whole staff was really nice. The night security even helped out with coffee when we had to get going before 7am. Nice clean laundry room. The rooms had kitchens. Not sure if we'll ever make it back to Alaska, but we'd definitely stay there again. Also the restaurant next door (Bear Paw) was great!

There was nothing that we didn't like. Nothing. At all.
