Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was we booked months in advance. Prepaid. Put in reservation that we would not be landing til around midnight. Airline changed our flight and we didn’t land til 2am. Called hotel and let them know our change When we called for shuttle. We were told our room was already given away. They managed to find us a different room type and so it turned well. So this is just a word of caution. Call hotel the day of arrival especially if you are getting in late

Gave prepaid room away

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Amazing pillows. Quiet location near the Anchorage airport with a few walkable restaurants and fast food options nearby. We ate at the nearby Bear Paw Bar & Grill and it was good. We basically needed a bed and shower between a late train from Denali NP and an early morning flight out the next day and this hotel met that need. We weren't there long enough to enjoy any hotel features offered.

Breakfast is not included and the room was expensive ($332.25/night for a standard king room). Breakfast also wasn't available for those on the early shuttles. Anchorage hotel prices are high this year, so we didn't have many options when we were booking a room in town. We needed a 6 am shuttle to the airport but had to take the 5:30 am shuttle because the 6 am is always reserved for specific guests (ie government), etc, which made for an even shorter night for us after a long day of travel already. Perhaps a 6 am shuttle for general customers can be considered?

The bed and bedding was so comfortable and felt amazing

We booked this place purposely to have the pool and hot tub to use after we spent 10 nights in an rv, touring Alaska. Unfortunately the heater broke and the waters were cold. Very disappointing end to our 2 week vacation.

Great location

Our tv remote did not work. Moved to a new room where the tv remote did work. The drawer of the dresser was broken but it was fixed immediately.

I like being surprised with cinnamon rolls and French toast for breakfast.

I didn't like when I was judged by other guests comma just because I was wearing close they did not approve of and that was a little dirty from work and it seemed like my age and how I presented myself did not mix well with guests on the sixth floor. Other than that my state was phenomenally great.

For the price that I paid it should of included the breakfast buffet. $180 dollars for people who live in Alaska is outrageous. I just traveled around the states for 3 weeks and this was the most expensive by far. The room was nice and it was clean the staff was excellent. But the price, we’ll enough said

The staff was exceptional and very professional.

Everything was perfect and could not have been improved. Perhaps security was so good we did not notice them but always felt safe and secure.

The breakfast was out of this world even had bacon

The hot tub could have had more water but that’s it everything was perfect
