The breakfast was superb.

The bathtub in room 709 is rounded, not flat, and extremely slippery. My husband fell, banged up his knee pretty badly, and I don't know how, but split open his foot. If my daughter was not a nurse, we would've spent the night in the emergency room. As it was, the staff was very helpful and provided butterfly bandages and other supplies. I took a shower after my husband, and yes, it is slippery. This might be especially an issue for people who have just gotten off an 8 hour train trip or a cruise and don't quite have their land legs back. The room and the staff were wonderful.

We arrived to the airport fairly late around 1:30am and requested a shuttle bus to the hotel. There are 2 stuff per shuttle bus and they are nice and helpful. The check in is super fast and the room is very clean and spacious. It also contains a kitchen, a living room. Breakfast is nice and generous. They provide take-away box and also there are snacks you can grab.

There is no shuttle bus to downtown so we end up using uber/lyft. A 4-mile ride costs around 30 dollars... we spent around 60 dollors for our trip to downtown.

We only stayed here the night before our flight left Anchorage, but we were amazed when we entered the room to find an actual suite with a kitchen (with large island) and living room in addition to a bedroom. It was very modern and clean with blackout shades and curtains that truly worked! The complimentary breakfast the next morning was awesome with a huge variety of options.

The mattress was much to soft for us, but that’s individual taste.

The breakfast was very nice. I would have liked other bread options, but it was still really good. The room was fabulous, spacious and well equipped.

The desk clerk was busy coordinating some repairs in the rooms, so she was distracted. I handed my key to the other person standing there who handed the key to the desk clerk, who then simultaneously worked the phone and checked out my room. And when she was done, she asked what I needed. I asked for my receipt and she looked it up and said since I'd booked the room through booking.com, I'd need to get the receipt from them.

Bed was so comfortable, property was clean and staff was helpful. There was a fire alarm at 4am and since we had asked the day before if we could check out (they wouldn't let us because it was too late in the day so we stayed) , I asked after the fire alarm and the kind reception person took off a night. Thank you Hyatt, whenever we visit Anchorage from Fairbanks, we will be sure to stay with you.

Honestly my only complain was the nasty "rain forest" coffee in the lobby. It tasted like acid sludge.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome and checked in with an upgrade. Our room was well appointed and was in a decent working order. The breakfast was good and had plenty of variety and staff were always helpful and efficient.

The room was clearly in need of a few repairs but nothing major that really affected our stay.

This is a newish property conveniently located near the airport. The breakfast selection were good. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Nearby restaurants are very limited. The hotel has limited lunch/dinner service and there is an Italian Restaurant about 1/4 mile away. We went to the Bear Paw Pub which is closer to 1/2 mile away. The sidewalks are not easy to get to from the property requiring walking well out of your way unless you like walking through a water filled ditch.

main lobby and room were very clean. We were able to check in a little early and I appreciated that. The shuttle from the shuttle from the airport was very helpful as well.

The door to the bathroom was difficult to open and close. It was a barn style door and just didn't slide well. I did not report it to the front desk because they were always busy with other guests and it wasn't that big of a deal. We were just staying for one night.

Location was great for the airport, we didn't get the chance to sample breakfast, as we had a 5 am start but they gave us a take away breakfast. The airport shuttle was a bonus.

Restaurant meals had a limited selection to choose from. They had run out of some choices.

Staff were SUPER helpful. We used the hotel as a hub for our various expeditions during our one-month stay in Alaska and they held our luggage for us at various points when we didn't want to bring everything with us.

Location was convenient to the airport (our main goal) but required an Uber or cab to get most everywhere else.
