it was very modern and eye catching when you first walk in the door you feel like you entered a different city almost when your stepping in off the snowy Anchorage weather. I absolutely love that there is a bar inside the hotel I mean how smart is that? safe even because you don’t have to drive home after drinking! lol I just wish it stayed open until normal bar close time and that the pool also would be open like 24 hours so there would be more of a chance guests might be able to sneak a little private jacuzzi soak in while people are asleep if they weren’t able to during the day. other then that and the lack of a microwave and one time we didn’t even have a fridge in our room either but everything else about the place is awesome! it’s super cool

like I said (not that I didn’t like these things) but if I could change anything it would be that the pool and hot tub were open all night and day for reasons I mentioned in my prior comments and also maybe the bar not close at midnight but 2:00-2:30 like other bars in town. Not a big deal just my own thoughts and opinions, they didn’t change how much I liked the place at all. The location omg I totally forgot, the location is not the best in town either, if you know anchorage, that part is kind of known for a lot of unwanted people wondering around doing who knows what all night and a lot of homeless during the day as well

When I showed up I was pleasantly surprised, and then super surprised when I was the guest of honor randomly picked. My grandson was ecstatic. They upgraded our room, and the pool was an absolute blast cleanest place I’ve ever been as far as hotel, and the people were very very kind.

The only thing I did not like is because I found them randomly on the Internet because I booked through a third-party. I did not get credit when I opened my app but I would absolutely stay there again.

the property was new and beautiful. not that near to down town but after visiting downtown I am glad we were not staying in downtown.

I believe that the hotels should provide an option to not clean but that the rooms should be cleaned daily as it was done prior to COVID. the hotel doesn’t have anywhere to dine which makes it difficult. For a brand new hotel, the rooms including windows yo te outside were not very sound proof.

The hotel is new and clean. It has great amenities (pool, gym, lounge, games, pool table). The rooms are modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a Lyft ride to the airport as part of the stay.

The neighbourhood in Midtown isn’t exactly walkable or near much of where we were interested in going, but it’s a short Uber or cab to downtown.

Location, breakfast. In June 2023 they have free breakfast I.e. $10 coupon per day per person, they did as an appreciation month for customers.

The wxyz bar inside, the lady I felt was little racial. But the other guy was good in making drinks.

The staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The place had a really fun feel to it, made you want to have hang out longer

My room was clean but not super clean - there was toothpaste on one of the walls, the bedside table needed a scrub (just two things but otherwise clean).

Beautiful furnishings and ambiance, extremely clean, great location. We loved the pool, hot tub and multiple options of entertainment/games

The shower drain was very odd, even a short shower left a standing puddle and fear of overflowing shower. No complimentary breakfast options, only coffee. The bed was very firm but that is more of a preference.

We absolutely love the fun atmosphere the hotel has. The pool was fantastic for my two young children. And we appreciate the security measure of only being able to access the elevator with a guest key card.

The breakfast was expensive and parking was a bit of a chore.

The bed was very comfortable. The facilities looked extremely nice, but we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy them.

Need a shelf in the shower and a hook by the sink. Would prefer if the light from the sink area didn’t light up the bedroom.

While all the staff we encountered were fantastic, Nora was a true standout. She truly made our stay so wonderful. Great property, Super cute decor. great proximity to downtown. loved the pool! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
