Check-in staff was awesome...same person both stays. Great potty yard and disposal for my service dog. Plenty of raised luggage racks and luggage caddy. Hot water with good pressure. Clean.
Less friendly morning staff on this stay Pricey for the amenities (no fridge or microwave) Second floor room had creaking from room above us until 2AM. Our first stay on first floor had no noises during the night.

The lady in reception who organised the hotel shuttle to take me to the car rental place, to pick up my rental car, when it was discovered the car rental company shuttle was not available, because it was a public holiday.
I thought I could have had a little more help when I checked in, where coffee, microwave etc, was available. Didn't discover these things until the next day.

Motel 6 served our purposes well as we only stayed overnight. We didn’t need a lot of amenities so it was fine that they didn’t have a hot breakfast, etc. We especially liked the shuttle service to and from the airport. That was a big plus for us.
We thought the price was a little high but not being from the area maybe all hotels in Anchorage were high.

The hotel asked for names for all 4 rooms even I booked for everyone. It is between Booking.com and the hotel. But I am suffering for the inconvenience. Luckily I downloaded the Booking.com mobile app to be able to see the names I put down. Booking.com - it needs to be improved.

The inside is really clean and the staff are so friendly but outside is so disgusting. Dog are peeing right infront the entrance door and the parking lot. People are walking in and out to there cars and should been clean.

Close to the airport and offers a free airport shuttle.
No fridge, walls and ceiling are paper thin. Head the upstairs all night long and I think they were just walking.

Bed comfortable. tub clean, and coffee available in lobby til noon. Plus pleasant staff.
Room stayed cooler than expected. Outside room noise was loud and disruptive. Also drapery was poorly attached making the room look cheap and the window view unaccessible.
