Staff are very nice. Especially the 2 kitchen staff during our stay were very accommodating with our questions of what to see in the area as well as ensuring we enjoy our breakfast. Hotel is not in a very busy area so it is quite. It was a good choice to be our home base for our sightseeing trip to Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona. There's a Japanese restaurant near the area that we went twice because we loved their takoyaki. It's also nice that there is an outlet mall just across the street.

Noon checkout nice. Pool opened early. Well appointed rooms. Decent value rate. Good breakfast included. Little thing, but I really like the night light in the bathroom, and wish that more places did that (as hotel rooms can be too dark otherwise with all lights out).

No complaints whatsoever. All good. But a standard these days I'd like to see changed is the two regular coffee packets (I'd prefer to be left with four, in case either of us wants a second cup).

My daughter accidentally left an air pod in the bed and with one phone call, the staff was able to find it and save it for us behind the front desk until we were able to pick it up 3 days later. Great honest service.

The breakfast sausage was not good. Overcooked or sat too long. Like a hockey puck. And since I have a gluten & dairy allergy, that was one of the only things I could eat that they offered for breakfast besides fruit.

The location was perfect for my needs, with plenty of amenities close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay was seamless and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. However, there was a community microwave down in the lobby and this was easily accessible, so this issue was certainly not a deal breaker.

Very quiet spacious rooms

Posting in rooms indicated that we were to have fresh sheets and linens and emptying of trash every other day. We had only one such service in our seven night stay. We never had a “ do not disturb “ sign posted nor did we leave anything’s on the beds or indicate that w did not want the service.

It was a good place to stay for the price.

We stayed in an handicap room on the 1st floor. The bathroom tub floor was very slippery. There were a lot of grab bars and you need it. We found out later that we had to request a tub mat front the front desk. It should have been a given. Even my husband found it to be slippery.

I enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and friendly service at the Hampton Inn Phoenix/Anthem.

The breakfast was good but could have been improved by offering meat and hard-boiled eggs. When I travel, a military discount is usually offered at hotels, but no military discount was available.

The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, especially, for a hotel free breakfast. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long drive. The professional staff was better than expected. Oh! The price was awesome, as there was 5 of us total. Since nowadays, everything is so expensive, we were able to do our little summer trip with the kids. They even worked with us, when we had to reschedule at the last minute.

They don’t, actually, have microwaves in their rooms and we planned on it, to save some money. Although, when we brought that up at the front desk, they helped us out. Thank you so much!

1. Reservation for 4 and only 3 sets of towels. I never understand that. Air conditioning in room is loud I didn’t get any sleep but that seems to be the same everywhere. You need to stop the email that says masks are required. We all know vivid was a scam.

I was disappointed that booking.com had issues with my reservation for the second time this trip. The hotels were fine, the people at booking.com helped me just fine but to begin with why did I have so many problems with a simple reservation through booking.com? Booking.com you need to be a better middleman! I’m going straight to the hotels from now on!
