Everything was great, clean rooms, friendly staff. It is a beautiful location and we had our entire famiy stay there after my wedding, Lovely ambience and luckily some shaded areas in the pool area.

We did wish that we could have breakfasted at the Tonto Bar and Grill, but with a full kitchen and an array of restaurants to choose from, we did ok. Local Cave Creek restaurants are very close and make great breakfasts.

accommodations nice, quiet and clean

Pool was quite dirty with lots of bugs. One thing I must mention- TV line up included really raunchy channels. I was staying with my 13 year old granddaughter and as we were scrolling through guide, saw several X-rated channels. I was shocked! In all my time staying at resorts/hotels and Diamond Resorts , never seen such a line up. The mildest one was Playboy channel- got MUCH worse from there. I do not even want to list them here. Rancho Manana knows what they are. They might be pay for view, but still!! I did not click- but should be hidden in a family friendly hotel. My child could read the titles. So NOT appropriate! Somebody should investigate this and remedy it. Disappointing for Diamond Resorts.

the most beautiful property for a hotel. huge rooms perfect beds and pillows. everything you could need in the kitchen area.

when I was told we had a second floor room I asked if they have anything on the first floor as my father has a foot condition and stairs are very difficult. they didn’t have elevators as they’re only two stories. I was told no that I’ll be fine and we would be rewarded with a beautiful view of the good course where we may see javalinas. Well, let me post a picture of my beautiful view, it was almost comical.

We enjoy the location and the atmosphere. the villas are comfortable and well appointed. We’ve been coming for year and absolutely look forward to staying. I’m already looking to return.

The only knock…and this was the first time it’s happened. We were disappointed that the grounds crew was out full force at 7am with what sounded like 3 lawn mowers and 10 gas trimmers. I could not wait for it to stop and wasn’t able to sleep in a little longer, or at least wake up in peace.

Space was excellent but the rooms are starting to get dated

No facility for small food or beverage items ,noisy people above us,young and no regard for others The restaurant on the grounds (Not part of the club ) was very expensive and a very limited lunch menu ,no breakfast

Great location, rates were reasonable and the property was spotless. My entire family staye for the weekend after my wedding!

it would have been helpful if the Tonto Bar and grill served breakfast, but we did take advantage of nearby restaurants, which was given to us by staff.

Great onsite restaurant, lovely roomy casitas, great place for our post wedding family reunion, nice pool, great golf course

The only possible change needed would be an onsite breakfast option, but there are many great places just minutes away for awesome breakfasts!!

really unique and spacious rooms

keep a flash light if you go out at night. a pack of javelina were in the courtyard and the males were fighting. we also saw a big cat in the street near the resort( i considered it a bonus but wild animals are dangerous so ymmv)

Love staying here. So convenient and the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Wifi is not good. DVD player was broken and no smart TV to be able to use Netflix or Prime so we missed the TNF game. Villas are perfect but could use some kitchen upgrades and basics (salt and pepper)

everything is as good as you can get anywhere, that good we booked another night and lost the deposit on the next hotel we where due to go to. Brad on the main desk was totally helpful throughout and as a traveler from the UK his assistance in helping us was a credit to the hotel.
