The staff was friendly and it was a easy check in and in a great location

Could of had better pillows and updated tv service the drawer was broken and there was a burn mark on the kitchen counter

Location by freeway was convenient.

We were told upon checking in that we might have noisy neighbors since they had a lot of “weekenders” staying. We had no towels, no coffee pot, no cups. We were told to come pick these up ourselves rather than being delivered to us. Got the pot , but no coffee!

The room smell toilet was plugg since the first nigth and we have to wait until 8am so they can help us breakfast only coffe and granolas and sunday morning at 7am no more coffe no oatmeal really disappointment

This was a clean property, but it was way outdated It needs to be upgraded with new decor Parking outside your room with noisy cars early of morning

Was charged a $200.00 deposit in addition to the room charge, the deposit was not stated on the website, was not offer the private parking, when I asked questions, the clerks asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation. cigarette smoke seeping into the room when others smoked outside their rooms.

Went to check in and was given a key for the room so that I could look at it before check in for damages. A $200 room deposit charged on my credit card at check in. Check out is at 1100 and I was disturbed with a phone call at 0800 the day I was checking out to ask when I was vacating the room. Went to the lobby to hand my key in and receive a receipt for my stay and waited until the receptionist had someone go to the room to look and see if my husband and I damaged the room. The room was already damaged from rust in the bathtub, and walls, leak damage in the ceiling, cabinet doors and drawers scratched, and were difficult to open, curtains with holes in them. I was offended that they assumed I would damage the already damaged room. My $200 deposit will take 7 to 10 days for me to receive it back on my card. Free breakfast included with room, was a joke! Muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars. Wow, I will not recommend this place ever!

There was NO breakfast! We went for my granddaughters sweet 16 weekend, they didn't even want to stay with us in the room. Couldn't get hot water for a long time. Kitchenette faucet fell off in your hand when you turned it on. There was no toaster like we thought, no coffee maker, then they gave me this mini one the next day but no coffee for it. The beds and coach was so uncomfortable as well. Comet still on surfaces in shower. Tree outside room was so infested with birds unlike we ever seen before. They didn't make the rent-a-car look pretty. My younger granddaughter thought they had 2 tvs. And nevermind the warm welcome, he was a very cold individual!
