Currently there is no breakfast and the pool is closed. On the 3rd floor where we stayed, the ice machine is broken and the vending machine is unplugged, but there is ice and there are other machines on other floors. There was wifi. The hallways could use more vacuuming, but inside the rooms it is very clean. The towels had a faint smell of bleach, not overpowering, but you knew they were clean. The bedding and pillows were very white and clean, and the pillows were full and comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, and one-cup Keurig coffeemaker in the room. The bathroom was also very clean. Very happy with the most important part of the stay - the room. There is a $100 deposit when you arrive, by the way.

The common areas could be a bit cleaner (really just vacuuming the carpet in the hallways), and the ice machine and vending machine on the 3rd floor were both out of order, but there were machines on other floors and inside the room it was spotless. Neither were deal breakers and really didn't affect us at all.

clean, and quiet. a covered space to park while you check in kept me from having to unload bags in the rain. it’s blissfully quiet, no noise from other rooms or floors. the beds are comfy, and the sheets are soft. large bathroom. staff was courteous. the location is easy to find and located near plenty of nice places to eat and shop. there is an on-sight security guard at night. pet friendly

there was never hot water, the water to our room was never more than tepid, and the water presser, was barely enough to turn the shower head on. some repairs had been done rather sloppily in the bathroom, that while only aesthetic, tanked the feel of the bathroom and left it looking your building super hated you.

They are located in the very back and it's quiet and they have security at night. The staff are great and the customer service is impeccable. Vending machines for drinks with laundry facilities. Their are cameras which makes me feel safe and the staff are not always in your face but able to be reached at the front desk upon summons. Two words: value and security.

Comparing to prices and other hotels in the area and considering what I mentioned in previous comments this place has the best value in maybe a 4 mile range.

The inn is back off the highway which made it a little hard to find. But once you see it no more issue. There is construction happening on the street but this didn't affect. The building is old but very clean. I would definitely use them again. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff was so nice and friendly really made the stay even better. Thank you for making a difficult trip easy and thank you for being accommodating. 😍😘❤️

Very professional and respectful staff who work directly for the hotel. Mr. Embanks, Terry, Mrs. Chikon, Ramin and the female who works mornings whom name I forgot were all fantastic including housekeeping. The staff were the main reason I stayed for a couple months.

I didn't like on rare occasion the rowdy population a good price can bring and also on occasion the unprofessional security guards.

Did not have breakfast, I like the location in a hidden place, quiet, had a refrigerator, microwave, and soft bed. Room was at the right temperature upon arrival and clean with all the necessity and first floor was great. Thank you, staff was excellent. cheerful.

The rack was too high to put stuff on it, looks like some stuff was removed from the room, the toilet was wobbly when sitting on it, the outside window was dirty, no directions for ice/vending machines in the room, but still a great place to stay in the future,

Was there for a night, the hotel itself is ok, need some refurbishment, my bed was a little to soft for me, and the shower painel was kind of falling apart,

Shower did not have hot water, and the panel that holds to the wall was falling...

The location was just what we needed, central to all our stops in Phoenix area. Booking was quick and checking in was as well. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The windows in the room faced the freeway and lacked good sound insulation. The refrigerator did not work. The microwave had a "flickering" display that made it hard to sleep. The entry door appeared to be bent and allowed light from hall to enter room.

The location was great, right near a bunch of things we wanted to do. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and oatmeals which was convenient to grab and take back. Hotel was a really great stay for the price especially compared to similar hotels in the area.

The pool was closed, but I understand that happens. There seemed to be some kind of weird glue stain under the numbers of all the rooms, but the rooms and lobby and everything else were very clean and comfortable.

reviews have been mixed but my experience was very positive. Clean, reasonably priced. great fitness center, accommodating staff!

There was unfortunately no in room WiFi available and I arrived to find the pool was not open.
