La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix Chandler

we stayed only one night on La Quinta. the rooms where big and breakfast had quite a few things such as orange juice, bread, bagels, jam, cream cheese, boiled eggs, sausages, yoghurts and waffles. there are a few places to eat walking distance from the hotel.

The beds are supposed to be for 2 people but are quite small. the spa was not working.

Location good, good size room, bed was comfy, quiet room, had a hot tub, breakfast was ok, friendly staff, parking good

Hot tub was pretty dirty, didn't like the shower, it sloped down too much, shower head leaks. Had a hard time opening door. Had to re key our cards twice.

The room was clean and tidy. The shower was good once you figured it out. Water pressure was ok. The check in/out front counter gentlemen were very hospital and informative.

The breakfast offerings were minimal at 8:30am. The eggs were not looking good. No pastries of any kind. The lady responsible for the food did not understand English. It looked like the breakfast foods were being put away as there was only one sad fried egg and 3 sausage's left. The serving area was in shambles . I went to the back room with her and she brought out some frozen bagels and muffins. The hours of 7-9 was too early for us retired folk.

Very pleasant room and friendly staff. Comfy bed!

Need to upgrade the elevator, somehow it didn't fit with how nice the hotel is... ;)

The pool closed at 10. Perhaps at 11pm for those who are gone all day and returning at 930. Limited forks for breakfast on my last day Arrived to a clogged shower and during our stay We had 2 double beds with a long table and 2 chairs. A couch with a small coffee table would have better suited the room and more comfortable

It was ok. The hotel was clean, quiet except for our second night when there was noise from the room above and in the morning dogs barking next door. Breakfast was the usual cereals, bread assortments, yogurt and mixed fruit cups, good coffee and tea. Hot items were sausage and precooked eggs, make your own waffles. There was no fresh fruit. There were many places close by to eat out so breakfast was just enough to get you out the door. The dining area attendant was very friendly and very good about restocking and keeping things neat.

The bathroom had some electrical problems as the light switch was defective and the plugs didn’t work. This was reported to the desk clerk at checkout. We managed ok as we didn’t want workmen in the room while we were out. The rest of the lights and receptacles worked fine.

Everything was okay, bed, room, shower, etc.

Breakfast could definitely be better and have more breakfast options. Plus the breakfast attendant looked mad and was the only person that did not speak to any of the guests that were there (no "good morning" or anything). She would just walk by and clean right after you almost like it was her personal kitchen and she was doing you a favor to let you eat there.

I loved the hospitality of Serena, she was able to accommodate us on our stay this weekend. It was awesome to be able to be in a very comfortable double bed hotel, with a fresh scent all around. The fitness center was small but it was enough, and the pool AND jacuzzi were both open, it was amazing to access both in the AZ heat.

Nothing was amiss, it was an amazing stay. Best hotel stay I've been at certainly for the last multiple visits at different locations.

The amenities were great, and the room was super comfortable. There were plenty of parking and the location was wonderful.

The breakfast was exactly the same both days, and was very bland. The staff member working the breakfast station was extremely rude. You had to ask for anything you needed, room service or cleaning was not offered for shorter stays, so you had to go to the front desk for anything you needed. There were a few things not properly cleaned in our room.

The place was beautiful, modern, clean and quiet. It was a nice place to relax. The staff was pleasant and i really enjoyed my stay.

The key cards didn't want to work half the time. Another guest said she had the same problem. And theres no vaping allowed. I can understand cigarettes, i smoke outside even at home, but i was a little surprised by the vapr policy.
