The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. The location was convenient to every where we wanted to go and right off the interstate. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and evening kick back meal and beverages. The food was hot with lots of choices. The pool was nice and it was great having it booth indoor and outdoors since it was extremely hot out during our stay. Towels were placed conveniently around the pool. Lots of chairs, tables and a few loungers.

Wished there would have been a safe in the room and the pool could have opened earlier than 9 am.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Brad at reception was especially helpful. The facilities were immaculately clean and modern. There were two hot meals every day one of which was a pleasant surprise to me. Thez morning breakfast was excellent. The dinner time "snacks" were really a complete hot meal, which was great, especially since we did not expect anything like that in the evening; and it was free. They were many families at the hotel with young children, and I can understand where they are attracted to the Drury Inn & Suites. This was the first time my wife and I used a Drury Inn & Suites, and we experienced why Drury consistently gets very very high ratings. I highly recommend Drury.

A hotel's physical condition, cleanliness, staff, safety, amenities and location matters to me. This Drury Hotel location is convenient to the freeway, area shopping and restaurants. I also like the convenience of having breakfast and dinner on site as an option. I liked the clean, spacious room, the lighting and upgraded bathroom. I liked the view of the city and night lights from my room. Free parking scored points with me too.

I didn't like hearing the heavy noise in my room from the freeway while I tried to get some rest. I was awake all night on my first night at this hotel because it was too noisy and I couldn't fall asleep. The noise sounded like a major industrial construction site at work. I thought the window was open. Unfortunately, due to sleep deprivation and fatigue, I finally got some sleep on my second and third nights there.

As I told the Manager Carlos, we came from Las Vegas where we stayed at a well known ressort but the service there was not even close to the service at the Drury Inn. From the personalized card from Jesus at housekeeping, to the oriental lady at the breakfast station to the manager. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and were just showering us with attention. Carlos, the manager, besides asking everyone how their breakfast was, he was picking up the dirty dished from tables and changing trash cans. We were IMPRESSED and we will stay here every time we come. Great Job !!!

Everything that I anticipated was met full value. All staff very helpful and courteous. Arriving after 7 PM on a Thursday evening the person in charge of the evening food offered a chance to enjoy a quick snack. While the hotel was busy, things were quiet. Totally enjoyed our time in Phoenix.

No cold water, but that happens when it has been well over 100 degrees all summer long

The staff was friendly, but they made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about when it came to checking in, I purchased the doom through a third party and I stated that but they insisted that they don’t take payment from a third party, and then one of the employees noticed that I was correct and they had to refund me my money, kind of made me feel belittled, I had the payment because it got refunded but I paid for it in advance in the manner that would save me money

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen staff was by far some of the best customer service we have experienced in any hotel. The breakfast in the morning was also great. Overall, one of the best stays we've had in while. If you're in the area, this is where you would want to stay!

We are welcomed with a complimentary dinner, which is a very nice surprise to us. Breakfast is also good. Boiling water and soft drink are provided 24 hrs. in the lobby. Rooms is quiet and clean. Beds and pillow are very comfortable. We had great rest here. I really appreciated all the service. I will certainly choose stay here again if we have chance to visit Phoenix one more time.

Excellent breakfast, and perfectly clean. We were offered complimentary drinks and snacks for their " evening hang out". Great overall stay and great experience. Great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Drury is my #1 go to for a relaxing and fun getaway! Front desk was awesome and gave me a Room on Top Floor with a nice view of the city! Nice & very clean hotel with free popcorn & drinks in the afternoon and a delicious dinner in the evening! The staff go's above & beyond to help you.
