The location is very convenient to the University and downtown. It has easy access to the highway, restaurants and gas stations. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel offers a great breakfast at a special price to the guests of the hotel. The hotel has been refurbished and presents a clean comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is well lit and feels safe. There is ample parking.

We had a king suite with a balcony. It was quite large and could easily accommodate a cot. The balcony did not look like it had been refurbished and seemed uninviting with an old wire chair and floor of uneven broken concrete. Flagstaff is a great place to enjoy the scenery and fresh air and we were looking forward to being able to sit on the balcony and have our coffee. Also, we noticed the sidewalks going around the hotel are uneven in many places. They are painted to catch attention but not reflective and thus in the dark do not show the issues. We witnessed a lady miss the change in the surface and she had a serious fall. The lighting at the corners of the building should also be increased.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was clean and inviting. The onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious. We loved the indoor heated pool and spa.

I added an extra night on our stay through booking.com. I verified this with the front desk and was told everything was set. The next day we were out sledding with bad phone reception when I get a voicemail from the hotel saying we didn't check out and they were asking what to do with our stuff. With no reception I couldn't call them back, so in a panic I drove back to the hotel to make sure they didn't throw our stuff out. It disrupted our plans for the day and it was ultimately an issue with booking.com's website not updating properly but I already talked to the hotel front desk about this so it shouldn't have been an issue. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The staff was incredible. Very friendly and attentive. The room was a good value for what I payed as well.

The elevator by the pool smelled like straight chlorine mixed with other chemicals. I know it’s next to the pool, but the smell was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even use the elevator after the first use. The jets in the hot tub didn’t seem to work. I saw numerous people including myself messing with the timer to try and get them on, but nothing ever happened. The pool and hot tub water was also pretty murky looking. Other then that, great facilities.

Everything was great! It has all the amenities we need (pool, hot tub, fitness center, nice comfortable lounge areas, it’s near everything and the staff is super nice. It is a regular stop for us when we’re doing our big cross-country road trip.

No free breakfast/snack but that’s not a deal breaker for us. Attached restaurant is great and there’s a lot nearby. Coffee available. Would also love fridge with freezer section for my ice packs to keep my travel cooler cold. Again not a deal breaker, grateful for a fridge!

The balcony off the room was such a treat. We sat outside and watched the locomotive traffic. The facility itself is older but the rooms were brand new. Very, very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet.

We tried to get into the on-site restaurant but they were expecting a bus and couldnt seat our group and the bus group as well. That was an inconvenience but there are several alternative options within walking distance.

Room was neat and clean. Easy access from my parking space to the sliding back door of my room so that's great to unload the baggage from the car. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, just needed more water fill and that was being worked on during our stay; we did use the jacuzzi and it was nice after a long drive. The restaurant that is co-located is wonderful, please give it a try over Cracker Barrel or Denny's. There is a vending machine with water, sodas and snacks, bring $1 bills for this and if not, there's a gas station a short walk across the street for anything you may need. You have a great location to access Route 66 and the freeway, it's not noisy in the room though! If you don't have to be right in the middle of town, this is a nice place to stay.

I can't say anything was amiss on my stay.

The location was great. The room was clean and the bed and pillows super comfy. Staff was really friendly and helpful. There’s also a restaurant attached to the hotel that had great food. It also has a hot tub which k loved because I was there for 3 days of hiking.

One minor thing is the WiFi isn’t the greatest but that wasn’t enough to detract from the positives. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room had everything we needed, fridge and microwave

We arrived at 2:00 and were told we could only check in before 3:00 if we paid $25. We have NEVER been told that before. The room is either ready or it isn’t. We came back at 2:45 and were checked in. How would it affect the hotel if everyone waited until 11:00 to call and say they’ve checked out? Very disappointed

Front desk staff was amazing! The girl that checked us in was very friendly and informative. Check out was easy and again great front desk service! Rooms were very clean. Location is great, easy access to the freeway.

Building is old, so you do hear a lot of noise inside your room. Thankfully we stayed on the 3rd floor, so wasn’t too bad.

I liked nice staff, general room, location, sheets, cooler, patio, and tub. The fridge and coffee maker, ice bucket,...

Tub was scary as was kinda slippery. More rubber stickers on floor of tub needed. It would be scary for elderly. Email input, we need to see screen. Mine was input wrong. I think my info went to someone. I had to double check with staff again and again to make sure email was correct. Then way later receipt was in my corrected email. You know overall it was a great place to stay!
