Not a luxury hotel, but truly excellent for the price. The buildings need some updating, but the king bed I had was VERY comfortable, the room was large, there was a large mini-fridge, a microwave, dresser, and a nice TV. There were large nightstands on both sides of the bed with 4 newer outlets at each one (even luxury hotels get that wrong). The only issue was that the AC, though excellent at cooling, took some getting used to as the fan automatically came on and off. There was no button to leave the fan alway on. Breakfast was adequate… mostly carbs with some scrambled eggs and sausage that I didn’t try. Good coffee and juice. For an inexpensive place to sleep and relax with a great location, NOT a resort vacation, it was great!

Buildings need more updating. AC didn’t have a “fan always on” setting. Shower was great but the bathtub stopper didn’t work.

We were passing through, just picked something randomly that was priced respectable. We just needed to sleep. So we were there around mid night for 6/7 hours to sleep then off in the morning. Service guy was friendly. We were downstairs room, clean, smelled good, looked nice. We were right by office so felt super safe in general. In the am there is a cute breakfast with waffles and all that. It was busy too. Lots of ppl taking advantage of it. The same guy was working. I asked, do you get to sleep?! Sweet man. I would stay here again for sure.

The curtain in the room wasn’t closing all the way, so light kept shining in, I placed a pillow on the ac thing to hold the curtains closed. Other than that it was great! Lol

Location has easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. It also has quick access to major roads making it a great location to travel from to visit locations in central and northern Arizona such as the Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, Painted Desert/Petrified Forest, Meteor Crater, and fun/exciting things to do in Sedona. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little older and the area directly around the hotel is mostly concrete, but it is a short drive to get to wonderful places to hike and climb.

We like the location because it's close to shops and gas stations. Also a good gateway if you want to explore northern Arizona.

The room A/C gives off a distinct aweful smell so we had to let it run for hours and turn on the bathroom exhaust to let it out especially at night. The coffee maker definitely needs replacing! It's soooo dirty, leaking and smells bad. The breakfast is included which is good but very basic, not much choices. The rooms are weird, less stairs, slow elevator and back bldg parking doesn't look safe at all.

The housekeeper was busy, but very friendly, accommodating, and precise with her work. She was whether appreciative with the tips we provided her. The front desk staff was wonderful at keeping up with the breakfast, ensuring fresh coffee was made, and assisting folks with the waffle irons as needed. The breakfast area was well stocked, and had a decent selection of a variety of foods (sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, cereal, coffee and tea. Condiments, napkins and utensils were well stocked. We were there on a busy snowy weekend, and there were lots of other people there, so it was quite the task for the hotel staff, but they did well. The attendant kept messes away, wiping up the area often as needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. There were no discrepancies in the charges we received. We loved the little message left in the bedside drawer by a previous customer, as we all chucked when it was discovered. (Pic)

While the rooms were a little bit outdated and needed some minor attention here and there, we were happy with the room. The beds were just a bit saggy, but overall comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of pillows were provided. A few of the sheets had visible stains, but were not dirty, as they smelled clean, but were showing some signs of overuse, and should probably be cut up for rags. The carpets could use a good shampooing, but it's easy to see why they were that way, as it was very snowy, and dirt and snow is tracked in easily. We were not disappointed in our stay.

Check-in was a breeze as it was not crowded at that time. Nice friendly staff too. Parked our car right infront of our spacious King room. Comfortable bed, clean white towels and daily housekeeping. We used the microwave to reheat our meals, the coffee maker to make our drinks and fridge to store our food. There is an iron and ironing board also. The heater works too. Self service breakfast was included in the price comprising of hot coffee & variety of tea, bread, bagel, cereals, scrambled eggs, hot dogs and waffle. 8:30 am can be quite crowded during breakfast. Many power points in the room. Wi-Fi ok. Overall we had a nice stay. It snowed the next morning of our stay.

There is no hook in the bathroom to hang my clothes. There is no clock in the room.

Room was very tidy and decent space. Complimentary coffee/creamer were topped up which was appreciated even though we did not ask for daily room service. Good glazing so had no problem with traffic noise despite the proximity to the interstate. Wider choice at breakfast than at some motels - at least there was some fresh fruit and yoghurt. Enjoyed the pool area which was very quiet when we used it in the late afternoon / early evening.

Nothing to add

It was a really great stay. It was in a very convenient location with restaurants close by. The staff was amazing when I needed to add another night to my stay and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast (which was included) was hot and delicious with lots of choices. The room was a normal, clean, comfortable hotel room. Some dings in the tub, but nothing major. And the price was the best part! This was possibly the best value for my money I've ever received at a hotel. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks Wyndham!

Honestly, the only thing at all that could have been better was the room had some wear and tear in it. The tub had some dings but, everything was clean .

Breakfast was cool, eggs sausage waffles muffins bagels cereal coffee and juice. The beds were comfy but slide very easily. The hotel is about 5min from a Walmart.

The room wasn’t so clean especially the bathroom, we stayed two days and no maid service. Also the keys stopped working twice so had to go to front desk to get new keys which was very annoying.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It was unexpectedly snowing the morning of our departure and they helped everyone figure out a route to their next destination, or help with plans for the day. The breakfast was also quite good with a variety of options. The rooms were small but lots of counterspace in the bathroom area.

The rooms were a bit dark, but that's partially our fault as we keep curtains drawn for privacy.
