The room was very attractive and cozy. The beds are comfortable but hard to get out of because you sink down in them.

The bathroom had obviously been re done but the very cool rain showed fixture was not installed well, it was covered in white finger prints, it was not attached to the ceiling which showed signs of previous paint color and paint was coming off the ceiling. The bathroom door is a mess, looks like it has been getting wet a lot! The main bad part is that the water floods the floor badly. As a 2 floor room that seems a potential for A big problem!! The receptionist was really nice and the bed was comfortable. We chose this motel as it was near the Grand Canyon so that we could visit it twice, but not that near that we had to take a detour on our road trip. Fortunately they could fulfill our request and accomodate us downstairs so that we didn't had to take our luggage upstairs. We also could park in front of our room. There was a Target, restaurants and diners nearby.

We could hear our upstairs neighbours walk around and talk all night.

The front desk guy was very helpful, we got to our room, and the TV had no signal..The TV got fixed right away. The room was nice n clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We were planning to sleep in. At 530 in the morning, we were woken up by loud noise. Couple's making loud sexual noise. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk. They need phone's for emergencies.

What I did like the most about it was the location. Right next to the beautiful one-and-only route66 surrounded by magnificent landscapes. "Classic" building, entrance to the room straight from external staircase which I saw only in the movies so far and always wanted to experience. Very stylish design which completely met my expectations. Generally I have nothing bad to say about it :)

Even though it was near the railroad tracks it didn’t bother me or I didn’t hear nothing. Shower was great full power. My request for downstairs made it easy. The night clerk was friendly n polite no attitude just told us the motel rules in a calm voice which made our check in easy

I’m going say the bed. It was comfortable but it made noise the spring when you move around.

I liked the waterfall shower and location on old Route 66. It is an older property but well maintained, though dated.

I was towing a small trailer and struggled in the small parking lot that was not intended for long vehicles Coffee was not available either in the room or in the lobby at the time it was supposed to be available.

the property was clean and up to date with the current times and needs. The shower head was amazing it was centered on top of the ceiling and came down like rain it was strong and so nice and hot, it was around everything such as food and walmart. the staff was so nice!

i have no complains myself but others may think that having no elevator on the property may be a issue.

Spacious clean room. Good location with a Texas Roadhouse right across the street. Bed was comfortable and shower was awesome.

Parking was kinda limited because of snow so we had to park about 4 rooms away. Can use some updating but over all was ok.

That at 8am I couldn’t get into the office the Nice lady who checked me in told me about the Hot chocolate in the morning I rang the ring doorbell twice no one came so I had coffee from Speedway 😄

Staff was very helpful it was Easter. I had travel delays they had no problem ackmodating me and going extra me. For my comfort safety and Xtra towels . Nice people

Every thing was good They are across a very good steak house WALLMART as well.gas station most everything I. Flagstaff AZ Housekeeping was Prompt and polite. I licked myself out a new key wasn't a problem .
