Right of the interstate and easy to find. Not too far from downtown. Pool looked nice but I never used it. Great place to crash after long days at Grand Canyon and surrounding area

The neighborhood was a bit suspect, at least not inviting. Basic, older items in the rooms and such. Keep your expectations in line and you'll be ok.

The staff was great! We did a last minute reservation due to bad weather/storms so there were no ground floor rooms left (a family member has bad arthritis in her knee) but the staff worked with me to assist as best they could, including switching rooms so that I could park next to an entrance and have a room right near the top of the stairs. They also have luggage carts you can use to bring everything in from your car in one trip. And overall the location was convenient right off the freeway and there are late night restaurants open nearby, including a drive through Mexican spot right next to it. Oh and they are dog friendly. I ran into some cool 4 legged friends while there!

The beds were way too hard for my comfort but I was so exhausted it wasn't too much of a problem. Also, not sure if it's a new trend in hotels but there was no hand soap (little bars) to wash hands after using the restroom. They did have shampoo and body wash.

Rooms and linens were clean and in good repair. Really enjoyed having decent in-room coffee for a change, it's Wolfgang Puck brand and it tastes soooo much better than the cheap crap we usually get at other hotels. Good location in Flagstaff, close to freeway access, and close to shopping and restaurants as well. We did not utilize the spa, but it looked nice and inviting. View from room was also good. Price was decent and noise levels were bearable.

Beds are too hard for my taste, woke up with sore hips. The shower could use some updating or refurbishing. Caulking in tub enclosure was dirty and in need of replacement.

Room was a quite a bit larger than I expected and very clean. It had everything I needed for a one night stay. Linens were clean and in good repair, and rooms in general were very nice, decorated tastefully and a good value for the area. Young man at check in desk was friendly and helpful and got me checked in quickly. The in room coffee was even good. Rooms have plenty of plug-ins for electronics and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Did not partake of hot tub, pool or exercise room, but they all looked nice and were being enjoyed by many of the guests. Convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby.

I mentioned this in my last review; the towels in bathroom although clean, are painfully stiff and scratchy. Might I suggest investing in some fabric softener for your laundry facilities? Only one regular caffeinated coffee pod was provided in this room. With no continental breakfast option here, a few more coffee pods in the rooms is a must.

Great value for this hotel! It used to be a rundown chain hotel. The present owners bought and renovated it. I'm sure they are in the middle of a multi year renovation plan. While there are a few minor cosmetic things like stair treads and tile grout here and there that haven't been addressed yet, the major stuff has been fixed or replaced. The overall decor and atmosphere is great. The staff, hotel room, lobby, weight room, spa, and sauna were all great. I would look forward to staying here again in the future and seeing whatever continues to be improved.

Not much, they just need time and capital to catch up on previous owner's neglect of maintenance.

The room was clean and everything was easily accessible. There were plenty o towels, a mat for the bath tub to prevent slip and fall, and even the toilet paper was folded at the beginning. Iron and board, hair drier were all right there. And the room was enormous, with plenty of extra seating and a nice writing desk. I came by motorcycle, and the desk attendant even offered sheltered parking in front without my asking!!

Nothing. I did not use the pool or spa, but saw that it was available and being enjoyed by guest.

Room was great. Hot tub was good, but could use more powerful jets.

TV wouldn't work, so couldn't see the season finale of 2of my favorite shows. Called front desk, but nobody came. Finally decided to go check out sports bar & on the way out, 2guys yakking at front desk&one finally offered to come check out TV. Someone had disconnected a wire. Maybe have maids check to see if TV works when they clean. Sports bar sucked! Not my kind of place. Instant headache from noise. Wouldn't eat there. Free breakfast in hotel would be nice. Probably won't stay again. Sorry! Parking lot was all ice, very dangerous trying to get to room&sports bar.

I stay here frequently and I can tell you that it is a very, very pleasant stay. The front desk staff is superb, as is the entire crew at the property. I would like to mention Serenity because she is always so awesome and has a fabulous disposition for a manager. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The newer accommodations they are getting in the lobby with the coffee, snacks, and apparel are terrific!

Everything was great!

Been a British tourist I wasn’t sure what to expect but I had a really enjoyable stay here. Staff were super friendly and helpful and when I arrived 2 hours early I just wanted to check my bags but they let me check in to my room. I had the pool to myself and the hot tub was also empty. The staff recommended a good place to eat and the room was spacious and clean. Lovely, thank you!

I couldn’t figure the sauna out and I also managed to lock myself out of the pool by putting my keycard next to my phone. But the receptionist staff were super helpful and sorted it quickly for me.

We are a german american family that makes regular trips to Arizona and when we visit family up north, we stay here! It's not luxurious, but it absolutely has everything one needs. It really is a great place for a night. The service is impeccable (Ian, keep up the great work!), the location is optimal and the kids love the pool. Additionally, we enjoy the comfy beds! I can also highly recommend the restaurant across the street, next to the gas station. I will always come back here when we are passing through Flagstaff.

We stayed in two different rooms. Our second room had issues with the door lock and Ian immediately addressed it. It is an older hotel which they are working on renewing and are doing a great job. However the one big minus on my part are the dirty floors. We check under the beds before we leave our rooms and it is obvious that they are not getting cleaned regularly.
