The room was super comfy. Everything was great inside and out. Perfect location close to downtown. Staff was friendly. Parking was nice and right across the street. It's nice to have a full size fridge. Our room had a view of the park, which I loved.

We had to pay $100 for a pet fee, when it wasn't advertized through THIS website (booking.com). It was a complete surprise when we went up to check in and we had to pay the $100, after we had already paid for the room. That's a pretty high fee for one night. $30-$50 would be more reasonable. More importantly, it should have been part of the initial price, or explained on the site so it wasn't a surprise as we checked in.

Property is very conveniently located. You can walk to the downtown area easily where there are many restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, entertainment, etc. Staff was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. Hot breakfast daily was excellent. Room was set up perfect and was spotless. As was the entire hotel.

Road noise was very loud. We moved rooms after not sleeping the first night. We also had a problem with our freezer making an incessant knocking noise. The 2nd room was quieter but when the people in the next room walked, our entire floor vibrated.

Electric drapes keypad didnt work, Could use more cable tv options for the price, Laundry room a challenge machines say option to use card but only take coins, The inroom coffee maker is full size but hotel puts single serving filters so not easy to use unless you buy your own coffee and filters

Very nice, clean hotel. That staff were very helpful. It was also in a quiet location.

The value of the hotel was high by comparison to others in the area. We did not realize that breakfast was not included in the price (note to self, be more diligent with the details), and breakfast was quite expensive. There are many nice places for coffee/breakfast nearby.

Got an early check in and easy parking. Close to everything. Big, super comfy room with great facilities. Pool looked great but ran out of time for a swim. SUPERB breakfast and thanks to Alicia in the breakfast room for her hard work and attentiveness. Great staff in general. Could not fault a single thing!

Fantastic location and a modern, beautiful property. The staff was helpful and courteous. My husband just had surgery and every staff member was very supportive and helped me navigate my way around Flagstaff.

Pool hours are a little too short. A lot of hotels open the pool at 6 AM. It’s not open until 9 AM here. Unfortunately, this means I won’t get a chance to swim.

great location, pool, hot tub

not sure why the hotntub was foaming so much. it gar dirty foam also. very weird. there was a risk that i couldn't have gotten there due to winter storm highway closure and there was no willingness to help me cancel or get a hotel credit if they was to happen. probably won't risk booking the hotel again if there is a chance of storm parking limitations
