The room was spotless. I liked the Keurig coffee maker and the convenience of the ice machine. The room was also quiet. There was little to no noise coming from the walls. The staff was very kind. The internet was strong until the last day when service apparently went out completely. It happens, and I don't count that against the inn. The location was great and central to town. It was off a little side street, so it was easy to use the stop light to make safe north and south turns onto Route 66. The bed was firm, and the pillows soft. If you want a nicer, more spacious room, you can pay 75 - 100% more and stay at a Drury or Holiday Inn. I had a lot of travel gear, and I enjoy the convenience of driving right up to the inn door. I stayed 7 days and really enjoyed it. I used all the hotel money I didn't have to spend on my little vaycay.

Just a note. I'm 5'6 and the shower head was only 4 or 5 inches over my head. If you are taller, this may be an issue.

Room with 2 queen beds was quiet and clean. The beds were suuuper comfortable! Shower was hot with good water pressure and bathroom spotless with shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. TV was quite small but I rarely watch TV on vacay so I don't care. A/C worked great as did the Keurig coffee machine and very-much-appreciated medium-sized fridge. Towels were good sized and in good condition. Ice machine and soda machine were easy-access nearby on bottom floor (I didn't look on the second floor). Great coffee shop "Matador" in the same parking lot and they roast their own beans. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, and they were brought to my room within 3 minutes. It's just a few minutes easy and safe walk to all the downtown action: restaurants/bars. Staff is kind and accommodating- I was able to check in early because the hotel wasn't completely full the night before. I had several questions which they answered over the phone during the reservation process. I have stayed at this hotel maybe 6-7 times over the years and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable sleep. Bathroom fan was loud. Yes hard to regulate temperature from heat/cool source. Nice fridge and microwave. A little tight but overal good. Parking the best close to take your bags in and out. That was a plus. I saw the kerig coffee make and thought, cool. I didn't even really look at pods. Big downfall, there was not even regular coffee. Big bummer the next morning. Why have a kerig and not even provide real regular coffee!!!!

This is an old school motel, old fashioned and in spite of newly painted doors on the outside, inside a bit jaded. Old fashioned heavy wood furniture, but not bad quality, old fashioned bathroom with very noisy fan but shower was fine. Fridge wasn't working when we arrived but owner fixed it quite easily. Didn't use the microwave. Immaculately clean for a clearly old establishment. Walking distance to old town. Ample parking. Good coffee place adjacent.

very centrally located and the premises are clean and well maintained. There is also a laundry facility which is quite useful and the bathrooms are extremely well cleaned. the rooms are spacious and staff is very accommodating. we checked in early and they provided tue rooms earlier than check in. what is perhaps the best thing about this property is the wifi speed. I had over 30 hours of zoom meetings and the internet speed was phenomenal. I’ve not been able to receive the speeds at even some five star and four star hotels I’ve stayed at previously. I booked through a third party and got a fantastic rate and when I decided to stay the weekend l, the rate was a bit higher but I decided to extend my stay since it was perfect for my work trip.

It’s an old property but I have to say, it was cleaned spotless so that’s very very much appreciated. Also the couple that is owning the motel are very kind and helpful. Would be happy to come back.

A bit small TV but we only stayed for one night and honestly, you are anyway more out and about. Like always, I find hotels/motels a bit overpriced in the US. But still pretty good. Again, we enjoyed and would come back again.

What an amazing value! Room was super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Flagstaff and the surrounding area. Within a couple blocks are: coffee shop, natural grocery store, breakfast spot, breweries, AND PIZZA. I stayed for the proximity to mountain biking trails. Super happy and would stay again.

The street and train noise, which didn't bother me, but I could see how others might not like it.

Friendly staff! Great location! Quite, clean and Flagstaffs hidden gem! If your looking for an excellent spot, look no further. If you require amenities and luxury…keep looking. This place provides the cleanest rooms in flagstaff, easy parking on site, fast and friendly staff, and walking distance to NAU and downtown night life! We only stay here!

Highly recommended. Fantastic facility. Best I have found in Flagstaff. Great family run location. Staff are excellent - very accommodating! We have stayed here on an annual trip for more than 5 consecutive years. Very close to all attractions and plenty of food choices within walking distance.

There is nothing that I dislike. This is by far the best value and best place for me to stay in Flagstaff.

Very clean, It is a great value stay. After a long day of driving It was a great day to spend the night. King size bed was firm like I like it.

I liked everything. I just wished I could get a soda from the vending machine but it only takes dollar bills, no CC or higher bills. And I wish I could have asked where the laundry was I ended up driving on my way out to a laundromat
