room was clean and comfortable, no complaint. (but would like to know the reason for still having to wear a mask. It is a proven fact that 'MASKS' are unhealthy and not good to use! Does the Diné people look forward to a time of not wearing a mask? I hope so)

take the mask off, it's unhealthy

The steak dinner at the Zenith was incredible and turned out to be the highlight of our stop. The side veggies and desserts were also worth every calorie. Absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection.

The blended iced coffee at the coffee stand was horrible. It was watery and foamy. I ended up dumping it out in the parking lot before driving away and the cinnamon roll I picked up at the same stand was dry and hard. There was also construction going on so the sports bar was closed as was the buffet (it was Thursday). So disappointed in the limited dining options.

great rooms fabulous beds so comfortable best I’ve ever stayed and I’ve stayed a lot of places. the staff are great but I the restaurant will bring your food before you’ve finished the starter strange and ask to see the wine ( it is exceptional value but dates can be wrong ) in short more training from managers or you have to explain you want a break between your courses. it is an amazing room and food so good and I’m a chef. it’s 25 mins from Flagstaff

the masks but I understand why just found it hot having to wear them everywhere and I’m Irish so the temperature inside was too warm for me.

The room was comfortable and had a good night's sleep. The view to the east was really nice. I never thought I would see a lot of semi-trucks traveling.

More water in the rooms. I drink a lot of water and needed more. Also, the sugar and coffee mate need to more available. We had breakfast in the morning at the restaurant and the waiter wasn't nice at all. She threw the straws on our table, as for water but didn't bring it out until I'm almost done with my breakfast. My husband coffee didn't have any creamer and was given a refill.

The room and facilities were excellent for the price. The casino was non smoking and if they had a smoking area you couldn't smell smoke inside.

The resort was not close to anything else and about 20 minute drive to Flagstaff. You had to wear a mask in the casino, although while a little annoying you felt safe. The slots we played did not pay well at all. While we understand that you can't always win they seemed to not even pay small amounts to keep you playing for a while.

I really liked the room it was very comfortable and so quiet. temperature control was great…very comfortable. I liked that there was a coffee machine, coffee/teas made available complimentary, a mini fridge too. super comfy bed and nice windows/view. i looked the hot tub too. pool was a little too cold for me. I wish twin arrows Navajo resort was available throughout the country.

pool could have been more heated.

Very clean, spectacular room. The bathroom was warm and well decorated. Breakfast was very good. Pool was just reopened. Covid rules are strict, but it didn't bother me much, understand where they are coming from. Casino was pretty big, liked the video roulette. Beautiful sunrises in the morning. Really nice place and good value to stay in the Flagstaff/Sedona/Oak Creek area. Oh and keurig coffee machine in the room was the icing on the cake and much appreciated.

I stayed as a solo female traveler and there was a drunk guy who kept coming around me in the casino. Nothing crazy, just put me on alert a little.

Location.

The food service wasn’t very good. We went to the Sports bar and our food came out cold so they had to reheat them. Our table didn’t get checked on as often for refills or for any other service. The next morning we had breakfast and then our service wasn’t pleasant because our server didn’t check on us at all and when we were cashing out, no one there to help us take care of our ticket. We asked the security for the GM of the place and she just looked at us as we she just walked away. We could’ve left without paying.

The room was very comfortable - really do mean 2 double beds! We ordered room service and were pleased with our meals. This room has a great shower and other amenities. There is a great attitude of pride that can be felt from the minute you enter this establishment. The expression of native culture is everywhere in the design of this hotel! Very beautiful!

The interior of the casino was awesome. The chandelier and tile work were neat. Incorporating the 4 sacred colors into the building and color schemes was nice to see. The room was clean. I liked that they put the sanitized and cleaned paper to show. The bathroom was pretty, liked the set up from the way it was set up to the towels being soft. The check out took a little longer, because housekeeping went up to check the room, about 5 minutes. Was having breakfast nearby and went back to get the deposit back. It was good that they went to check the room, because we forgot our charger in the room and they gave it to us when we picked up the deposit. The food was good at the four elements. It would have been nice to have free continental breakfast available with the price of the room. The staff at four elements were kind and helpful. Food was delicious and they were nice and accommodating to the kids.

The stray cats on the outside of the property. Once you get into the casino its nice, the exterior could use some work to draw attention to the property.
