This hotel includes all the little things that you hope for in a stay. While most hotels are cutting back on little things like Kleenex in the bathrooms and soaps.— this hotel has all the little bells and whistles, including the hairdryer!! A very good value for the price!

The location was a little challenging to find, didn’t get into….. and when you first drive up, it looks like a rather old hotel. But once you go inside to the room, you realize that it’s a really nice stay. Very clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and includes breakfast!! 😃

Our room was clean and comfortable and all of the appliances (Microwave, Refrigerator & Hair Dryer) worked fine. The breakfast selections were actually a little better than I was expecting. I expected just some muffins or pastries and maybe some fruit, but they actually offered waffles and cereal along with the other items I expected. The facility was quiet and overall I was very happy with the stay. I would definitely stay again when in Flagstaff.

Because the motel is located on a frontage road, and the way the road is designed, getting out of the motel and trying to turn left on to Route 66 is a little bit of an inconvenience.

The front desk ladies were exceptional. Big smiles happy to help. The room was clean and the pillows were great.

My sister was having medical tests and was ill and soil her bedding. The sweet girls at the front desk got me the linen so I could remake her bed. The next day we asked housekeeping for towels, toilet paper, and to empty the garbage. She said she would just be a minute. She never came back. I emptied the garbage. I went to the front desk and got toilet paper and towels. I would also like her pay.

The two style waffles grills were nice and I appreciated the blueberry flavor mix as I always bring fresh blueberries to add to my waffles. The location was perfect for the senior softball tournament we were in town for. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. Only 3 blocks from Barkmaster Dog Park & free pickleball courts. You must try "Fat Olives" for dinner or lunch!!

The refrigerator may be on it's last days. (Room 254) It makes a clicking noise no matter what cooling setting it was on.

Exterior makes you regret your decision, but the rooms are clean and updated. Nicest cheap hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. You can’t beat the price at all. Shy (girl in the office) is super nice. office is really clean too and there’s a lot of space for sitting down to breakfast. Drinks are always available. The heater works damn near too well xD My husband was trying to cook us with it. Provided breakfast was better than expected and the girls in the morning kept it well-stocked. Right by the mall if you want to go shopping. The “fancy” hotels in Flag don’t look any better on the outside than this one and I think this hotel has better rooms, which I why I chose it.

Far side of town, so not the best if you’re there as a tourist because getting around Flag is a royal pain. Not near any food places except Jack in the Box. Area itself isn’t great, but all of Flagstaff looks ghetto so I’m not completely sure, my husband is just tired of my “budget traveling” LOL. FedEx short-haul drivers flock in the morning for breakfast. Toilet sounds like a water bomb goes off every time you flush. Shower water pressure isn’t great and takes a while to initially get hot, after that you’re fine.

Quick response from hotel when we requested a room on the first floor while booking online. Clean room, good breakfast, hotel staff was very pleasant and there was always someone at the front desk.

My partner didn’t like the innerspring mattress on the bed. The bathroom sink faucet had the hot and cold water crossed up. The bathroom fan did a poor job of removing mirror fog while showering. The location of the hotel wasn’t idea, along a busy road made it difficult to exit parking lot.

the room was very clean and the quiet area was amazing. breakfast was clean area and the food was very good . parking was limited due to the fact that fed ex trucks parking in the same lot but i have a handicapped lic. it didnt matter to me.

nothing , everything was the best all and all. the funny thing was we were in room #133 , the room on both side of us older woman in the 132, and older woman in 135 had the heater on all the time, and also the guy above us his heater was on, so never had to down our heater on , but on the 2nd night cracked open the window because it was hot in the room. first night the temperture outside was 17 degs, and on the 2nd night is was 7 degs?

Our room was big, pleasant, and clean. The front desk staff was nice. Breakfast offered a good variety. There was plenty of free parking. All that came at a very reasonable price.

Apparently there are tracks near the hotel because there was noise from trains until after midnight. But maybe that affected our side of rooms rather than the whole hotel. Also the tap in the bathtub was dripping. Even though I reported it on the evening of our arrival, it was not fixed the next day (we spent two nights at the hotel).

I normally stay at this super 8 it's localized to where I need to be and I feel safe there.

The desk person was very flat affect, wasn't helpful. I normally stay ground floor as I have some disabilities. Desk person had no recognition that pulling luggage and my issues would be difficult to climb stairs, as there is no elevator. When asked if my room was close to lobby she said. "I don't know" I told her you mean you work here and don't know? I looked at a map on her desk and asked if she could check. She spoke condescendingy, saying I don't know. It's kind of in the middle I guess. I did have to climb a few stairs and drag luggage up them. Next day, I hung the do not disturb sign on door and they still came in and made beds and left Fresh towels, not sure why they came in room.

big and comfortable rooms, soft beds. Room was a great value for the price. I would definitely come back.

WIFI didn’t work most of the time for me and when it worked, it was not stable. breakfast is poor. you have the choice of many unhealthy options like doughnuts, muffins and the worst jam I ever had. a bit more fresh food should be possible.
